I can't say enough great things about Abundant You Chiropractic and Wellness! After my accident, Dr. Kevin and his team personally reached out to check on me and see how I was feeling. They quickly developed a well-established plan for my adjustments, and the treatment process was both professional and highly effective. Hands down, the bests

I am honored and blessed to write this review. When I came to Abundant You Chiropractic in July 2024, I suffered with severe sciatic pain for greater than 5 years, with limited relief from traditional medicine. I am 69 years old and the pain got worse with time. I could not walk more than a few blocks without pain. It was difficult to stand for any length of time without severe pain and workouts at the gym were limited. Previous chiropractic treatments were ineffective and temporary. Pain was a part of my life. I thought I had to "learn to live with it." The Abundant You Team of chiropractors and office staff are the best in the business. Dr. Kevin, Dr. Ally and Dr. Carly took time to learn about my problem and take the best treatment approach through comprehensive x-rays and physical exams. They are incredibly talented and gifted practitioners who know how to truly cure their patients and restore their lives. In addition to Chiropractic adjustments, they provide therapy, home exercises and lots of encouragement. I am now able to walk a mile faster that I did before with NO PAIN. I can stand again-NO PAIN and I am back in the gym and riding my bike - doing what I love to do-NO PAIN. Again, I have not been completely pain free for > 5-years. This is an answer to prayers. Thank you Abundant You Chiropractic!!! You have restored my life. I feel so much happier and healthier.

"No Fluff, Just Stuff" is the best way I will describe this chiropractic office, with highly effective rehabilitation tools—something that, regrettably, is not true in most other chiropractic centers. Dr. Kevin, Dr. Ali, and Dr. Carly each bring a high level of expertise, but I'd like to give a special shout out to Dr. Ali. In my opinion, Dr. Ali performs the most exceptional Y-Strap adjustment in town. As I told them last week, "I don't visit just for a standard adjustment; I come specifically for Dr. Ali's unparalleled Y-Strap technique."

I've always suffered with mild back pain since i was a kid due to slight scoliosis. It wasn't until i had my first child that the back pain became worse and worse every day. I was in 10/10 pain in the last 3 months. I decided to try a chiropractor and was led to Abundant You. After my first adjustment, I cried like a baby on the way home because of the relief I felt and the pain being completely gone. I am so forever grateful for Abundant You and the team. They have changed my life!

I took my grandma here she is 81 years old. They are amazing people and helped her with her back pain. She wasn't able to walk very well and she was going to appointments every week and did her exercises they gave her, and those helped her a lot she is pretty much back to normal now. Abundant You Chiropractic & Wellness is hands down the best chiropractor in Columbus, Ohio! From the moment I walked in, the staff was polite, kind, and welcoming. At first, I was hesitant to sign up for the sessions, but after completing seven, I couldn’t be happier that I did. They offer workshops that helped me understand how the body works and what vitamins are essential for better health. They also provide customized exercises based on your condition and at-home tools to maintain your progress. Even at 24 years old, my X-rays revealed postural imbalances that I wasn’t aware of but were affecting my day-to-day life, like back and neck pain. Realizing that taking care of my health now can prevent future issues has been eye-opening. Even if you have current physical conditions considered checking them out and see how they can help you. Super kind and friendly staff! Open and clean environment. The whole staff seems to really care about you and your health! Lots of different exercises and equipment to use according to your individualized needs. A schroth ladder and excellent exercises for those with scoliosis. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about the Abundant You team. My 3 month old son has struggled with gas and constipation since he was born, leading to many hours of inconsolable crying and terrible pain. He also started to develop torticolis and was having a lot of neck pain and stiffness. After every adjustment, he is immediately so much better, passes a bunch of trapped gas, and can move his neck much more freely! His adjustments have made a world of difference, and he can focus on playing and developing instead of pain and suffering. Thank you so much team, you have no idea how much you’re appreciated!

Dr. Kevin, Dr. Ali, and the team have been a RICH blessing to my life and so instrumental in my healing journey. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer and Hashimoto’s year before last but not simultaneously. Towards the end of chemo and after a few huge surgeries/procedures I was in a great deal of low back and hip pain from being sedentary during hospitalizations. Additionally, the chemo I received made me so nauseous and uncomfortable. As a physician I knew the importance of maintaining my health so I sought out the team. I told them about how I could hardly stand up for 10 minutes lightly clean or even play with my twin daughters. My neck, numb and sore from surgeries related to Hashimoto’s would make it difficult for me to sleep well at night. The care I received has definitely increased my quality of life. My posture has improved tremendously. My lower hip and back pain are gone and I give my girls a bath without pain as well as clean up my whole house. My neck mobility has improved a great deal. My indigestion and nausea is gone and might I add that any adjustment I received after chemo always helped me feel better sometimes not even 1 hour after I’d leave the office. I have not had post nasal drip in over a year and I have not taken Claritin D in about a year either. I could literally go on and on but seeing is believing so please do your body a huge favor and make an appointment. My pre and post chiropractic adjustment x-rays showed so much improvement. The hours are flexible and the environment is amazing. The staff really care about the patients. They really focus on treatment and rehab and not those quick adjustments you get at places like Joint Chiropractic. They really take time to educate you and have so many resources for all things health and wellness. Payment plans are affordable and communication with them is superb. I have suffered from back pain most of my life until I started treatment at Abundant You Chiropractic. I was educated about my diagnosis and shown everything on x rays. The treatment was personalized and tailored to my needs. In addition to the office visits I was given a lot of advice on what I can do at home to improve my condition as well. They also took follow up x rays to track my progress, it was nice to visually see the improvements that their treatment made. I really enjoyed this holistic approach Dr. Kevin and his team took to treat my back problems. Overall, this is a great facility with very knowledgeable doctors and staff. Everyone is very personable and treats you like family. I would highly recommend.

This is the absolute best chiropractic office in Columbus Ohio! After previous horrible medical doctor experiences elsewhere, they explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. My neck and carpal tunnel syndrome is finally fixed! Thank you so much! I'm finally back to work and living pain free!!

I'm glad I chose Abundant You. I sustained a left hip/groin injury this past January, and while at times I thought it was all better, I kept aggravating it, and couldn't understand why. After the first adjustment appointment, the relief was nearly immediate on the table, but the next morning is when I knew I'd be going right back to their office. The morning aches and pains of previous injuries were virtually gone, and while training jiu jitsu, I felt a positive difference in hip mobility. I've begun powerlifting again, and feel a lot more stable. Definitely worth it as an athlete!
