#false advertising. The gym is advertising R399 a month with non hiden cost.I go to join and they say the price has increased and there is nothing they can do.till today the sticker is still on the glass advertising the R399 special.the gave me a mangers number to speak to who never answers is phone and is never at the gym.the staff wasn't helpful at all.there is noway to escale

They make cancellation incredibly difficult and do not respond to emails.

My boyfriend and I have recently moved from Virgin Active and Moove Gym to Accelerate fitness as we were looking for a better price as we are both students. It has honestly been the absolute best so far!! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the actual gym itself is so incredibly clean and fun to use. Would recommend this gym to anyone! I haven’t tried any of the gym classes yet but will definitely try them soon, i just wish they had a cardio dance/Zumba class.

Our vehicles headlights were stolen whilst gyming last week. Upon reporting to police, they have noted multiple incidents have occurred of this nature (possessions stolen out of cars and vehicle part theft) having ample time to commit these crimes whilst individuals are gyming. Cameras conveniently not working, security guards nowhere to be seen, and Rohen (centre manager) avoidant and dismissive. Since this occurred, no update or resolution has been provided by all parties involved. If the centre management (as clearly demonstrated) cannot do more to ensure safety of individuals, then Accelerate management needs to step up to GUARANTEE safety of their clients vehicles whilst gyming - until then, our immediate circle has all canceled our memberships at this gym out of fear of this growing trend.

BEWARE , Vehicle Vandalism while you gym - PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK ! The Gym is Fine - no complaints - but the Centre parking used by Accelerate Fitness Members is UNSAFE : Beware as VEHICLES get Vandalised , broken into , parts stolen etc etc. Both VW lights were stolen Monday 30/9/24 & security Very nonchalant -,blasé attitude from duty (Negligent) Security Company employed here, 🤔 nobody seen anything on this afternoon , early evening, parked infront of gym ,ACCELERATE FITNESS , - for a quick workout , hardly 1 hour , Both lights were stolen / ripped out . Conveniently All cameras in centre are inoperable past month or more admitted by security guards. Parking for mall is behind Boomed off, cameras and security. And it alludes to safe Area , even for females drivers. However one security admitted it happened to somebody In front of checkers the other day also . Do not Trust Fairland Walk Shopping Centre ( old WORLDWEAR ) Fairland

Clean good gym i love it

Awesome gym and a very friendly staff , plenty gym equipment. but I wish there was more airbikes , since I like them so much, currently there only one and the seat seems to be broken. Overall its a great gym

Phenomenal gym. The staff are wonderful, very welcoming, completely supportive of every dramatic comeback I make. The equipment and floor is always clean and organised, with all sorts. The smoothies are deliscious.

Best gym ever!! It’s the people who run it for me, they friendly and helpful! Feels like I belong when I come in and I’m greeted so warmly by the people! No judgement gym with trainers that are approachable!! Don’t wait, join!!
