I can't recommend Dominic highly enough. Without hesitation, he came to my assistance when my cat Minnie went missing in Summer Hill. His keen observation was put to the test in trying to identify Minnie in a lineup of photos and videos of other felines. Based on a lead, he ruled out a similar looking cat that was living in a nearby demolition site. He also used his powerful torch and building inspection skills to crawl under houses to try and locate my cat. After a week and a half, I am pleased to say that - due in a large part to his efforts - my cat was found alive albeit skinny and thirsty. Thank you Dom, you are a lifesaver!

I was thoroughly impressed with so many aspects of the service I received including : Dominic's level of attention to detail; his outstanding communication skills; his honesty, integrity and level of enthusiasm for his work. He has to be the best building inspector I have dealt with in the last thirty years. I have no hesitation in recommending Dominic if you want piece of mind when purchasing a property. The cost of a building inspection is well worth the price, as in my case it helped save me hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs. We were lucky enough to engage Dominic to inspect our elderly relative’s long neglected, beloved old terrace to discover all we could, before we renovate to sell. I recently was looking at purchasing in between 2 properties. . Since was not experienced and confident in strata reports . I found Dominic on the web and thought I I get his advise … oh boy I am so glad I found him !! He gave me great advise , picked up some serious issues that I couldnt see . Professional and efficient, within minutes of arriving Dominic was telling me what was important to rectify before I had already pulled out my list. Like everyone else, I had a great experience with Access Property Services. Dominic did a pre purchase inspection of an Art Deco apartment I was hoping to buy. Thankfully, he rated it 8.5/10! Dominic keeps it real, is honest, and is super responsive (even at odd hours of the day!) He also has a good sense of humour! His report is comprehensive, and includes photos with notes on works/ repairs needed. He will recommend tradesmen, where needed. Dominic is a highly experienced professional inspector, who knows the building industry inside out. He altered his schedule for me to do an inspection on an apartment very quickly so that I could make an offer and take it off the market. His report was thorough, and he was able to give me a good summary of the overall state of the construction quality. The process of buying an apartment in a bigger building is very stressful, I was almost tearing my hair out after reading the 685 page strata report and trying to decipher whether any of the faults listed were minor or major. I didn't want to make a big mistake and regret it in 10 years time. Dominic inspected an old Victorian property for us in Summer Hill and pointed out some rising damp issues with the house which made us reassess whether we should put an offer in for the house. My partner and I have no building experience so we wouldn't have noticed many of the issues Dominic mentioned regarding the house. He saved us tens of thousands in repairs and a lot of heartache!
