The company I work for uses AccuPay for payroll processing, reporting, etc, and MAN is it impressive. The portal itself is great and easy to navigate once you learn your way around, but I'd say the resources are the best part. Diane Robertson sat on the phone w/ me for over an hour to walk me through using the business use side of AccuPay. It was 9am on a dreary Monday but despite that, Diane was chipper, kind, patient, and respectful (a feat, considering I often ask stupid questions). Our rep, Tina Marshall, is easy to contact and forthcoming with any and all information needed. They can adjust the website view for what you need, help build new reports/processes, and have a "University" just for self-help as well as PDF resources. Cannot recommend AccuPay enough, thank you for all that you do!

We had some issues with our previous payroll company and Larry and his team stepped in and explained things and took charge to ensure we were covered. From Taxes to day to day payroll questions you could not ask for a better company. I highly recommend AccuPay for all of your Payroll needs!

If ever a business owner should consider a payroll company for them it's this one. I've had 3 different payroll companies in over 37 years of practice including some of the common ones like Paychex but Accupay is the very BEST hands down and Heather Conrad, our payroll specialist, is second to none and highly responsive to our needs while having a smile in her voice at the same time. Don't stress with the other companies, this is the one you need.

Need to learn how to pay attention to the road signs and not merge across 2 Lanes of traffic from the point of exit(while going substantially slower than the rest of traffic) cut off a car and me in a fully loaded semi. I had to lock up my brakes to avoid hitting the car in front of me and these idiots.

Accupay has been a great partner for us, we have some unique things being a 501c3. Processing payroll with them has been easy. Accupay has been one of the best payroll providers I have worked with in any company-I have had experience with several providers. Our rep, Jill, is very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who outsources payroll services.

Heather Conrad is incredibly attentive whenever I need her. I know if I email her with a question (whether urgent or otherwise), she will respond often within the hour. Accupay has a lot of functionality for what it is. Of course, there is is always room for improvement and there are features I would love to see added, however this system does exactly what I need it to do. Processing payroll in Accupay is very simple and takes minimal effort. I can't think of many other Payroll/HRIS systems that are better suited for small businesses at this price point.

My processor, Jill Byrd, is always available for questions. She is always friendly and prompt with processing my requests. AccuPay makes my life easier as it takes care of all my payroll needs.

We have found that Jill and the AccuPay staff are great resources for our small business needs. They respond quickly and are always professional. Their updates on changes in taxes and other employee/contractor activity is extremely helpful! I would recommend this group for they are committed to supporting our business.

She always gets us answers to any questions in a timely fashion. They helped us with our PPP Loans and ERC tax credits and made everything so easy! I would recommend Accupay to anyone!
