Awesome job with my bathroom!!!

We experienced an outstanding outcome with help in creating a unique and personal environment to fit our style and comfort. Babette has superb decorating skills and her enthusiasm is contagious. She has a positive attitude, is patient, reliable, and listens to your ideas. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!

Ace Home Remodeling did a total renovation of our home. They completed the work on schedule and within our budget. We most appreciated the daily communication on the progress of the renovation. When hiccups occurred, they took our concerns seriously and immediately addressed them. If we had questions they were very kind in taking the time to explain the process. They offered guidance that improved the functionality and design of our home.

Babette and her team really knocked it out of the park. They painted the exterior of my dads house, and re did a hall bath. Very on point communication was excellent, and her workers were all first class

We tiled our entire home. Carlos Was great! He was professional and helped us through the entire process. The project was completed in the timeframe and within the budget we discussed. Carl always answered my calls or got back to me quickly to address all of our needs. The quality of the work was impeccable! It looks like a brand new house! I spoke with several contractors. Ace/Carlos were more responsive , more professional and less expensive not to mention that they met/exceeded all of our expectations. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Ace Home Remodeling did my kitchen and bathroom. The services I received were impeccable and the quality of the work was beyond my expectations. Everything from contact to finish was Superb. Only company I will use again in the future.

I just finished an interior house remodel with Ace – All flooring, full kitchen, bathrooms, half walls removed, new doors, trim, etc. Babette was at the highest level of professionalism the entire time and was also a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and design eye was also appreciated and needed. She has a fantastic team of subs, and the GC/Project lead she used was great.  The advice I would give to anyone is whatever budget you have and agree to be prepared for things to come up that will be over and above what you think. We found bad plumbing inside the walls that needed to be replaced throughout the house, and also I decided to upgrade a few design choices. None of these overages was the fault of Ace, and if anything, Babette found creative ways to scale back and help me/us in other areas to try the lessen the financial overages somewhat. At the end of the day, we have an utterly fantastic new house interior done by an incredible woman/person/biz partner who treated us like family and is very talented at home remodeling.

I have used Ace Home remodeling since moving back into the area in 2015. The first contact I had with them was to remodel my laundry room and create a space for my tv to hang in my built in entertainment center. The work was excellent and executed nicely and Babette was great to work with. My next project was to make a older style wall closet more accessible and larger. That too was excellently was done within the time frame! My next project was extremely large after finding water damage. The project include moving, removing and adding walls. Enlarging the kitchen with all new cabinet and appliances creating a mud room using part of an extra bedroom for adding a larger closet in one room while creating a large walk through pantry and laundry room and a total tear out and rebuild of a bathroom… this was a very large project with lots a moving parts and waiting on supplies to be available, that being said for such a big project it went smoothly while delays were from manufactures being behind. Again Babette was great to work with and anything that I had a question about she listened and answered, if I wanted to change something that wasn’t in the proposal she went over the cost and fees. If there was something wrong with the workmanship she brought back her people to do it right. Having so much work done on your house at one time is stressful, however I know that she listened to me, answered my questions and we moved forward with the work. My home is beautiful and it became more usable with all the remodeling it’s not an easy process to go through but having the owner listen, take interest, take care and make it work made me know that I chose the right company to do such an amazing project

We had a bathroom project we did with ACE. We had a great experience with Babette and Carl. We absolutely loved all of the attention we received from Babette! She is prompt, highly detailed, and always followed up with us regarding changes/updates to the project. She gives recommendations based on experience, but is not pushy. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Ace Home Remodeling did a phenomenal job! This was our first time using them and was impressed from beginning to end. Everything turned out absolutely beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job Babette was very friendly, professional and accommodating. She was easy to talk to and made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable with excellent quality. . The workers were prompt, courteous and respectful of our home. If you are looking to have any of your rooms remodeled then, by all means, call Ace Remodeling Company. You will not be disappointed!

My experience with my home remodel was exceptional!! Carl Gonzalez was the epitome of professionalism!! I am in the construction industry so my standards are very high!!! I highly recommend this company!!! Babette, was a pleasure she was prompt and had a caring attitude! Exceptional!

Ace home remodeling is the best. Babette has done several projects in my home and they have upgraded it tremendously. I did an outdoor kitchen on my pool deck a year ago. The cobalt blue cabinets have not faded and are beautiful in this hot Florida sun. The quartzite countertop is seamless and sparkles. Her tile guy was an artist. The tiles are a Mexican talavaria and it pulls the colors of the pool tile and cabinets together. Babette has a great eye for detail. Not only is she very talented, she is very accessible. Any texts were answered promptly. Her workers were always on time and the work was done quickly. She also transformed my daughters plain box , builder grade room with molding and new doors. Her carpenter is a true craftsman. I can’t wait for Babette to upgrade our kitchen and take this 90s house into the present.

I will open this review by saying, I wish I'd done better due diligence on Ace, had I done so, I never would have hired them, so partially my fault for having a bad experience. I'm giving Ace Home Remodeling two stars instead of one because although the job was late and over budget in the end, I have an acceptable finished product. I'm giving this rating for three reasons. 1. Upon signing my contract with Ace we were directed to make a check out to crash crew "for permits". When my permits were issued, I learned that a person I'd never met held the notice of commencement on my project, not Ace Home Remodeling. 2. On at least two occasions, the owner of Ace Remodeling informed us that the project manager was not cut out for remodeling work and was used to doing new construction. We were very unhappy with the project manager (failed to communicate to us, trades would show up at all hours of the day and evening unannounced, numerous errors made, low quality, etc) and so we asked that he be removed from our project. While this was initially agreed to towards the end, the owner brought him to our home on a Sunday morning, (we'd explicitly stated the project manager was not welcome at our job site). 3. Work quality and re-work. Numerous measurement errors, causing the electrical and plumbing to have to be moved two and three times. Drywall seams meeting with no stud behind causing drywall cracking, walls built out of square and plumb. Shower pan failed inspection twice due to slope issues. Spot repairs to floor leveling causing uneven floors. No dimensioned drawings, and even then, when we together made site drawings, there were still multiple questions raised about the same topic. As I said, while many of these issues eventually got resolved, the amount of involvement from us as home owners was unacceptable. Because of the permitting issue above, we had to get an attorney involved to draw up a lien release (which Ace initially refused to sign) so that we could then file a Notice of Termination of the Notice of Commencement in order to protect our deed from someone who we had never met, nor had a contract with

We flooded during Hurricane Ian, and after the water mitigation process were left with a mess on the first floor of our 2 story townhome. I waited for another contractor to give me pricing and information for about 6 weeks before I got Babette’s information. When I finally reached out to Ace Home Remodeling I was at my wits end and so incredibly frustrated with everything. Babette and her team renewed my faith in contractors and the construction industry. From our first phone conversation I could tell Babette was thorough, and had had an eye for detail. She accomplished in about a month what I did not think was possible. She completely renovated our first floor, put in a brand new kitchen and fixed issues we didn’t even realize we had. I can not recommend this company and Babette enough. She’s responsive, fast, and will not let even the smallest detail slide. The pictures attached show the work her team did but what you can’t see is how often she took our phone calls, text messages and how amazing she is to each and every client she has. I will recommend Ace Home Remodeling and Ace Home Construction to anyone who will listen. We will definitely be using them again in the future and there’s no one else I would trust with our home. Thank you Babette and Team for the amazing work and the amazing customer service.

Had them redo our bathroom. Paid way too much for them to not fully finish the job, had to hire others to finish up flaws because they kept doing no call/no shows. Very dissatisfied with this business. They were quick to show up to collect final payment but weren’t concerned about following up on the things that were wrong.

Babette and her team were wonderful. Babette always made herself available and went above and beyond with our project. We did a complete home remodel, which included 2 bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a total redesign of the living spaces. Babette and her team helped provide feedback on design, but ultimately wanted us to be happy. I had a vision for my home and she made my dream come life. The amount of support and care made it easy to trust the whole team and every memory my family makes in our home moving forward will be set against the incredible backdrop Babette delivered us. I would highly recommend her!

Our experience with Ace Home Remodeling exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with the final product of our bathroom remodel.

Going through a remodel while living in your home can be overwhelming and finding a good contractor who will keep you informed, work with you to solve problems, and ultimately deliver a superior result is borderline impossible. However Babette shines in all these areas - any time we ran into an issue she was right there with me figuring out the best path forward. She stayed on top of her contractors and was fantastic in communicating project status and schedule. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
