Not good

Went to get a take a takeaway around 7pm The guy at the counter in french beard was spitting on his hands and gave the product using the same hands. When I confronted he said I have worked for 12 years, I am like what difference does it make. Avoid to get product from him. Unprofessional

Club sandwich (veg) was absolutely amazing. The Belgian chocolate & peanut butter milkshake was soul soothing.. but I felt it was on the heavier side of calories, and makes you feel full - expected since it is a thick shake. The interiors of the place are thoughtfully done, one can totally cozy up with a book and lose track of time. It was pretty busy for a Thursday morning. Inspite of that, the staff was attentive to my needs and cheerful. Solid 5/5

We were a group of 15 people who visited Poetry to celebrate one of our family members birthday. We found the staff to be very cooperative. They managed the situation very well. Provided us with a good table ..Ganjanan served us with the ordered food / cakes very well and was very competent. Overall our experience was very enjoyable

This place is my go to every time I visit Powai. Food, service and ambience is all 10/10. Their dessert selection, especially the cheesecakes are so indulgent and such a treat.

Excellent experience as always

The staff was highly unprofessional; they didn't notice us waiting to be served for almost 20 minutes, and we finally called them to tell them we were waiting to be served. The excuse they had was they thought we were waiting for a parcel. We noticed that even though they saw us, they were primarily chatting with each other and looking at the food on the shelf rather than checking if we needed to be served; it took them 10 minutes to microwave an already ready-made chocolate croissant. I would not usually give negative feedback that easily, but our experience was the same earlier, too, and my daughter (10 years old) noticed it quite acutely this time; hence, we informed them that we would be putting this in the reviews.

The food was mid. The manager made us wait, service was so slow and bad.

Waiters didn't listen, food came late, food was tasteless

Every bite will make you fall in love over and over again with the cheesecake. The cheesecakes are so rich in flavour I didn't quite want the pastry to end at all! The ambience is lovely and they've tried to make it look as poetic as its name, there was a bookshelf in a corner, a wall painted with those dreamy pastel colours with Poetry written on it and comfy cushions all round! By the time we went they were out of red velvet, nonetheless we tried their: 1. Nutella Cheesecake : This was simply a perfect blend of Nutella and Cheesecake. The Nutella wasn't overpowering the Cheesecake and was just there in the right amout. 2. Original NY style : Now this was just plain cheesecake and was a stunner by itself. It was so perfectly just exploding with goodness! The bakery is quite poetic literally! When we called for the check it came in a book and it was so wonderful how they've tried to stick to the theme so beautifully! Worth every dime, the best Cheesecake you'd ever possibly get to eat!

Too pricy for a very very sweet strawberry cheesecake not worth it

Excellent salted caramel cheesecake with coffee. I simply enjoyed eating this delicious cake. Prices a bit higher but worth money spent. Atmosphere and service excellent as well… Highly recommended!

Had a filling breakfast at Poetry enjoyed the ambiance slow music, food & a great down to earth sweet attitude by the staff THAN 💖 she deserves 5 star for her pure soul attitude
