Fried Pizza, Squid Ink Pasta and Egg plant pasta was superb. Ravioli was can be creamier than chessy to bring out the duck. Free corkage on Tues, Wed, Thurs - what's not to like. Will definitely be back!

Loved the burratina, parma ham is delicious and cherry tomatoes are fresh. Tagliatelle pasta has a very unique taste, almost with a hint of tteokbokki. Also tried the fried pizza, first time having this type of pizza. The first few bites were amazing (really liked the spicy paste), but after a while it could get a bit greasy. Service was generally okay, although it took a while to offer me water (I was the first guest of the dinner service). The aircon can ger a bit too cold.

Ambience was fine, service was truly excellent. Food however was poor. We ordered the following 6 dishes- Two starters: The slow cooked onions with guanciale wasn't bad, albeit rather greasy. Did enjoy it though! The crayfish tart was awful. The tart shell had a rancid 'off' flavour to it which overpowered everything. Two pastas: Cacao tagliatelle with nduja and prawns was a mess. Each individual element was completely lost and it just seemed like too many things trying to fight for attention. You could taste neither the prawns nor even the nduja which is quite a strong flavour. The duck ravioli was lovely though, pasta had a wonderful bite, and the duck which can tend to be stringy when cooked and shredded was still tender. The sauce was cream based, which sounded a bit too rich, yet it just worked. One risotto: This sea urchin and bottarga risotto was shockingly bad. The uni was old and had a funk that seafood should not have. The rice was cooked well, but if the sea urchin is off, there's just no saving grace. One main: Lamb shank was lovely and tender. Excellent if unspectacular. Nothing surprising at all in terms of flavour, but execution was pretty flawless. Really enjoyed the service however the food was a huge let down. Unfortunately, would not be returning.

Throwback from a few weeks ago. Completely forgot about the excellent lunch I had here till I wanted to delete old photos. Started with some lightly battered fish appetiser dish. Forgot what fish this was but could hav been sardines. Was very good, highly recommended but is seasonal. Had the braised duck ravioli with porcini in light cream. Was really well executed. The cannelloni di carne was ok but the sauce was a bit too intense for us. Also ordered another special that had large prawn and pesto pasta. It was balanced and refreshing. Tried the fried pizza and still dreaming of coming back for more. Pizza dough was fluffy and chewy. Finished off with tiramisu and warm apple tart. Highly recommended!

Second outlet. First outlet at Rail mall. Got to know them during Covid. Had been quite a regular since then. Love their Bacon wrap shrimp available at both outlets. Tried the specials at this outlet Tomino, Montanara and Tagliatelle Nduja. The cheese in the Tomino is soft and creamy. The sauce for Montanara have a delightful spice kick. Crust is crispy from the special cooking technique. The pizza was deep fried first before finishing in an oven. The result is a delicious and crispy pizza that is not greasy. The hand made tagliatelle was al dente with wonderful meat sauce. I really enjoyed the hospitality from the staff and the boss, Chef Antonio.

Very average food, definitely had better elsewhere. Portions were also small but owner was nice!

Had a lovely birthday dinner for my kid. Tried their squid ink pasta, pizza and calamari, plus dessert platter. All dishes were good. Thumbs up to the good service as well!

We have to give Two Thumbs up to this Italian Restaurant for their impressive Fried Pizza and Traditional Pizzas! 👍🏻👍🏻 Their Fried Pizza (Le Nostre Pizze Fritte), available only in “Montanara” flavours, consisting of Naples-Style Tomato, Pork Sausage, Spicy Salami Paste and Burrata Cheese though. I have tried Fried Pizzas at various other Pizzeria and Italian Restaurants locally, but none offered Fried Pizzas close to what i had here in Acqua e Farina, in terms of overall texture (Perfectly Deep Fried Pizza Dough, resulting in Crunchy Outer Crust, and Chewy/Bubbly inside) and flavours (Good Crust to sauce ratio as well as toppings). We ordered their Pizza Prosciutto e Funghi (Traditional Pizza) that consisted of Tomato, Mozzarella, Cooked Ham and Mushrooms. Good overall texture (Crispy Outer Crust, Light, Airy & Chewy inside) and Flavours (Good Crust to Sauce ratio as well as the toppings) too. Most importantly, bottom of the crust was not soggy 👍🏻 and Every bite was of pure delight (Similar experience with their Fried Pizza). We tried their Dessert Platter, comprising mini portions of Crème Brûlée, Lava Cake, Panna Cotta and Tiramisù. All were good in terms of texture and flavours, but they were abit too sweet for my liking though. Overall dining experience was good, service staffs were attentive, helpful and patient. Restaurant was cosy but seating arrangements should be better managed (Had to squeeze between two back facing chairs when occupied by patrons, just to get to the main door). Anyway, will surely return to try other dishes.

Amazing from starter to finish. The pizza (montanara) is very crispy and tasty. Desert platter includes small portions of tiramisu, creme brulee, panna cotta, and lava cake. It's great we didn't have to pick one

All of them tastes quite ordinary for me. I ordered Porcini risotto, but didn’t have any Porcini aroma at all. Not sure what mushroom they are using but as far as menu tells it is porcini I expect them to serve something smells porcini especially in this season with that price. Pizza normal. But the appetizer we had was a good one. You can try when you visit.

Spectacular Italian foods served with amazing service. Been their first shop and this is their newly opened 2nd shop which are equally amazing. Strongly recommend if you are craved for authentic Italian food. 👍👍👍

Food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t excellent. I’ve definitely had better italian food at a lower price. Food portion was small as well. Staff was nice though.

Every dish left us impressed. From the starters to the desserts. Much better than what I ate in Italy 😂 Staff were also way more warm & friendly than in Italy 😂 Price was very reasonable for this standard and this area. Will be back & will recommend this place!
