Very deceptive business. They take advantage of people that don't know much about plumbing and electric. They over charge and will make up repairs that are not necessary. They are currently being sued by the State for deceptive business practices. https://kutv.com/news/local/action-plumbing-accused-of-deceptive-sales-practices-targeting-vulnerable-customers DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz is also part of this problem. I hired them to do some work on sewer based on their assesment (which wasn't true) and they dug an unsafe hole, they lied about it and when I tried to confront them about it they called me a liar and threatened me. I still have the hole in my yard and they insist that I pay them for it. They lied to the lender saying the job was done and passed inspection. Both untrue. Be warned! Do not work with them.
