My furnace stopped working and I knew during this time of the year everyone would be very busy and I would have to wait for someone to come out and fix it. And then as usual they would make you wait all day for someone to arrive. But when I called AC Today they were very friendly and helpful they told me that they would send someone out and give me a short time window so I would not have to wait all day for someone to arrive they were there on time repair was done, they cleaned up after repairs and I was warm again. Overall I will give them a 10 and recommend them to Family and friends.

Had a problem with the geo hearing system call Jimmy he came right out found what the issue was repaired it. Our system is complicated but he knew what he was doing! I called Jimmy because after the house was built I had a leak in the Freon system two other A/C repair men came out the first two soldered the leak charged me for Freon guess what it leaked Jimmy came out took look went on replaced the fitting and we haven’t had a problem in 8 years until this weekend!! He has my business highly recommend!!!

Jimmy made certain he understood my desires and needs prior to presenting recommendations and quotes. Shelley worked carefully with my availability and scheduled installation accordingly. Jimmy saw to it that installation was completed on time, and clean-up was thorough. Shelley has stayed on top with pleasant reminders for servicing appointments. James has just completed our third seasonal service. He is a superior technician. I am so grateful for the timely and wonderful service by James and AC Today. Of course, the cold snap happened and my heating unit stopped working. James from AC Today was there the day I called and diagnosed the problem quickly. (It was a broken induction motor.) They honored the warranty by the company that merged with them and had it installed before people started arriving for Thanksgiving. Communication and work by James was stellar and comforting in the midst of the stress. And much gratitude to Lucky, another HVAC professional at AC Today, who worked on the repair and was excellent and made sure everything was working before leaving. I would recommend and will refer friends to AC Today!

We had a heating issue, James Melton from AC Today Heating and Cooling showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, and explained what the issue was. He was very professional and patient. We needed a part for our heating system that was not working. We quickly had a quote for the part and also for a new system. We opted for the latter. Pros and cons were explained for both so we felt confident in our choice. The team was able to come back and install the new system the next day just in time for Thanksgiving. Great, quick service.
