Aftercare We had our house extension done about 5 Yrs ago. The main door recently became non aligned. After calling Christine who is ever pleasant arranged for joiner to attend. He has fixed the door and Adamsons has not charged us for his visit. Adamsons reputation of aftercare is known and we have experienced this in last 5 Yrs.

Kitchen review As usual the aftercare team arranged for an issue on our dishwasher door to be attended to in a short period of time. The workman attending was polite, courteous and fixed the door and plinth the same day. Fantastic service as always.

Projects successfully completed I wanted to refit my kitchen and add a small utility room. Millie helped me find a design that met my needs, taste and budget, and had lots of suggestions as to how to make the best use of the space. Knowing the price was fixed was very reassuring. The quality of the work, especially the kitchen fitting, was excellent. Steve ensured I always knew what work was to be done when. Everyone on the project was friendly and professional, and focused on causing the least disruption possible whilst delivering the best result they could. Christine ensured that the few snags that emerged afterwards were quickly fixed. I am delighted with the end result.

Aftercare service Very efficient follow up to a minor problem with the flooring. The fitter came out to look at the flooring and relaid a small section. I was very happy with the after care service which was very prompt and well completed.

Our 3 Month Refurbishment Programme When you decide to completely revamp elements of your home, the potential for total disruption and off-the-scale stress levels is huge ... you leave yourself totally exposed! In such circumstances, you do your homework as best you can but you still place your trust in a company and people you have probably never met before or are likely to meet again!! Well, we did our homework and I am very pleased to say that all Adamsons did not let us down! The best compliment I can pay is that everybody put us at our ease, treated our home as if it was there own, understood our concerns and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Whilst most workmen visiting our home were exceptional, even the 'worst' were still good! I am not going to lie and say that everything went exactly to plan as there were, of course, some minor issues, delays and remedial works but they were dealt with speedily and with minimal fuss .. that is all you can ask for! The key question is 'Would I recommend the company to anyone else?" and the answer is an unreserved .. yes! If I was ever stupid enough to put myself through the disruption again, I would only call Adamsons ... I can pay no bigger a compliment!

Furniture problem solved. A corrosion problem arose in a piece of our bathroom furniture bought as part of an Adamsons project some years ago. Although well outside the guarantee period, they were quick to understand the problem, contact the manufacturer and secure a replacement. They came and fitted it today. All in all an excellent service.

Window issues We had problems with two windows in our new extension which Adamsons completed last September. I contacted Christine Kennedy and she very quickly contacted me and arranged for Mark the joiner to come over and take a look. He sorted out the problems quickly and we are happy with the outcome. It is very reassuring to know that if any problems arise, Adamsons will do their best to rectify them as soon as possible.

Excellent prompt aftercare to sort a leaking tap

Fabulous Remedial experience Very pleased with the professionalism of Adamsons in handling the remedial work on a defit & refit/replacement of an integrated refrigerator. Very pleased with the new/recommended Neff appliance. Special mention to Christine K. & Carl T who were extremely courteous & professional !

We would like to thank and compliment Adamsons and their team for the timely and excellent remedial work on the lantern roof in our kitchen extension. Adamsons great Company Great company to deal with. We had an extension to side of the house which nearly doubled the size of the property. They were very professional in there work in all aspects of the build. I couldn't fault them or the workforce. They were a great bunch of workers and considerate to us living on site. We are pleased with the whole job. We have a small issue with the Velox in the upstairs bathroom which. When contacted Christine was prompt in getting the problem sorted. The after care for the build was exceptional. Highly recommend, great after care. Thank you

Garage Conversion Garage Conversion into a shower room and a bedroom. From start to finish excellent team, professional and very friendly. A pleasure to have them around the property. Top quality fixtures and fittings, first class job. Would recommend to anyone. They were also very good with our border collie Alfie. A big thank you to all the team at Adamson’s top lads and ladies. Exceptional work, customer care and solid delivery. Blown away. Excellent. Would highly recommend them. We had a loft conversion 8 year ago done by Adamsons. Really happy with it, excellent work, very happy with the result, but about 1 month ago we noticed a small water stain on our en-suite ceiling, which slowly seemed to be getting bigger. It has recently been very wet so in my mind was probably to be expected. However we called Adamsons but it was out of the 5yr guarantee window for the work, so didn't actually expect them to do anything. I also got in touch with an independent roofer expecting to have to pay them and he said to try Adamsons again. I got in touch with Christine on their remedials desk and I was pleasant, but still had no expectations on resolution, however Christine said she would send her roofer to come and have a look which he did and said they'd take a good look at it. On Monday as I'm taking my son to school, 4 Adamson vans turn up, scaffolding goes up the roofers get to work, take a look at it and although they don't know exactly where the source of the water stain is from , they open up can see there is indeed an issue, see the extent of the issue and lo and behold go about replacing the whole extension roof in under TWO DAYS, put in better ventilation than we had before (as I said they weren't exactly sure where the problem was but they could see there was a problem), they also added a new lip for weather protection, called in electrician for new improved vent, and then a decorator who came in, filled in plaster holes and did an amazing job decorating. They didn't have to do this - but they care about their reputation, they care about their customers and they care about doing a good job. 8 years ago, one of the Adamsons designers said to my wife and I "If anything happens, we won't just leave you" and I can attest to this, they didn't. In fact they did more than that, they blew us away. They were clean, very competent, fast, courteous, focussed and respectful of property and neighbours. I have recommended them to friends and definitely will continue to do so. I do have pictures, but they just show the repairs. However we have ended up with a brand new roof, new ventilation and what looks like a freshly decorated room to the same high quality standard we had before. Would I use them again? Absolutely - will be calling them when we are ready for our next project. 10/10.

Our beautiful New Bathroom We approached Adamsons not because they were the cheapest but based on an understanding that they delivered a top notch quality product, we were not disapointed! From the outset, Paul's attention to detail and willingness to deliver the perfect vision of our new master bathroom was faultless. The team involved were exceptional, but special mention has to be paid to Brian, Paul and Cornel. They were nothing short of amazing in their level of professionalism and their respect of us and our property and the finish was outstanding. A big thank you to everyone involved for delivering our perfect bathroom.

After care We have recently had a new bedroom installed. There were a few minor issues with the drawer closures. Within 48 hrs of our call to Christine Kennedy the problem was resolved. Connor came this morning. What a delightful young man he is.
