A wonderful experience trying out a local business. Moved to the area recently and realize that I need an inspection. Drive by and see the sign so I pull in and ask if I can get an appointment. They take my car in within minutes and I'm in and out in less than a half hour. Desk staff could not have been nicer. Gave me some information about the business and its history. Looking forward to using them for other mechanical needs. Why drive all the way to a dealership when there's a high end automobile mechanic in the neighborhood. Better prices, less travel and local

A bit rude at the front desk. Sorry to say, but it's true. The auto service was effective but long. One hour plus for a state inspection with one person in line in front of me. Also, inspections stop at 2pm which is crazy.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your experience. The state inspection process can take up to 30 minutes for each vehicle, and it is hard to predict how long you may need to wait. We often have a long line of people waiting for inspections, and try to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible because we know everyone is in a hurry to get on with their day. We wish the RMV would let us make appointments, but they insist on the walk-in only policy. It is truly inefficient, but out of our control.
