I was wondering if the 40 mile round-trip was going to be worth it to follow Dr. Boyle. It certainly was the staff was very friendly and professional and very helpful and fun picking out new frames I enjoyed my visit.
3/28/25 Several years later, still making the 40 mile round-trip same great wonderful experience. The staff is great wonderful and friendly. Dr. Boyle is truly concerned about your eye health. Not to mention a very nice facility as well and huge selection of frames.

They refuse to provide the contact lens prescription, unless you try THEIR contact recommendation. I order my own contacts, I know what fits me I've been wearing them for years. However they will illegally withhold your prescription until you jump
theough their hoops. DO NOT RECOMMEND

UPDATE: Went to another provider and got my contact lens prescription as soon as the appointment was done. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT CONTACTS

Hi, Jodie - We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide you with the requested contact lenses. Unfortunately, the specific brand and type you requested have been discontinued, and we no longer have access to them.

To ensure the safety and comfort of your prescription, we are required by law to confirm that the contacts fit properly on your eyes before finalizing a prescription. This process allows us to ensure you receive the best care possible. As a result, we were unable to finalize your prescription for use with other retailers who may still have a supply.

We have sent an individual message to you with options to assist you in getting into the contact lenses you love. We are also reviewing our patient communication in these scenarios to ensure we remain on the same page and provide clearer guidance moving forward.
