I love Bernie! I wasn't feeling well and had heard lots of great things about Bernie so I decided to give it a try and honestly I can say he is the best practitioner I've ever had. He listens to you, addresses your concerns, takes time to get to know you and really walks you through things. So far I've lost 13 pounds and I feel AMAZING. If you're thinking about going, definitely go, you won't regret it. I seriously feel the best that I have in a very long time. I have so much energy now, my brain fog is almost completely gone, and I just feel healthier altogether. He will even help you with foods to incorporate in your diet, as well as foods to avoid based on you and your labs. There is also a nutritionist that works for him that can help you with recipes and meal prep. Thank you Bernie!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Bernie! It has only be less than 2 months and I have seen some wonderful progress! He has taught me the importance of taking care of your body, how to fuel your body, and how to see the maximum progress! Each visit is very comfortable and feel in wonderful hands. I’m very thankful to Bernie in just a few months I was able to loose more than 25lbs. I was not able to do that in years. I really needed to see Bernie. I thought I was doing good with pilates, walking, and watching protein, but I was stuck with my weight loss. In this office, you can take blood tests and find out the causes of excess weight, and the doctor will also select a program and medications that replenish vitamin deficiency, reduce high sugar and reduce weight. It is important for me that this process takes place under the supervision of a doctor. If I have questions, I get an answer without delay. At the moment, I have lost about 20 pounds of excess weight without hunger and difficulties.
