Crystal was wonderful. She communicated with us during a traffic backup and let us know when she was close to arriving. Once in our house she was friendly, professional and educated us about our elevator as she worked. We will definitely be calling Advantage Elevator and asking for Crystal again for our next maintenance.
Crystal went above and beyond to repair my 12 year old elevator even after being given erroneous instructions from the original manufacturer. She identified the problem and suggested that the door locking mechanisms be changed as they were not compliant and could cause me to become trapped in the elevator. Her work was neat and organized. I also appreciate that my appointment was confirmed and I was notified with her correct time arrival. I highly recommend.
Our service technician was professional and quickly assessed our elevator's problem and ordered the necessary parts to get it back in top order!

Came to look at our home elevator, the technician Crystal Terwilliger said that she needed to call her manager to find the parts for our 20-year-old elevator and never came back.
Did not even return multiple phone calls, texts or emails. Could have simply told us that her company could not provide the parts or the service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
