Daniel was amazing. He took the time to go through everything during the process of purchasing my new home. Before I even got pre approved, he was on the phone with me for over an hour explain everything and answering all of my questions. The whole process went smoothly. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know who is looking for a mortgage.

Dan was a great communicator! He explained everything well & sent updates often so I always knew where I stood in my application process. Despite the first time home buying process being pretty complicated and intimidating, Dan made it seem pretty easy. My husband and I felt at-ease throughout the whole process. Dan always made sure to explain everything to us in detail and was always available if we had questions. He made communication extremely easy, being available via phone, text, and email. If I had the possibility to add more stars I would. I would like to thank Daniel for helping me out in the way he did. I was going around trying to get a pre approval letter written up and all the banks I went to didn't even want to lift a finger and attempt getting anything written up for me. Even with a credit score in the mid 800's there was no bank or companies that cared about me having a great credit score. It was for the fact that I'm self employed. I had a brother looking up for me and found Advantage Lending Corp. I gave them a call and spoke with Daniel and immediately he told me to just drop by. Daniel was able to get my pre approval letter and all paperwork written up the same day. He went above and beyond and did more than a asked for. After purchasing a home in September, he was able to get me an additional $5000.⁰⁰ in grant money and I didn't have to put 20% down and get penalized with PMI. Even though I was planning to put 20% down, it helped me out tremendously when it came to touching up the house. I had much more breathing room. I really had such a wonderful experience with Dan from advantage Lending corp. I have recently moved here from abroad and the buying a hoise procedure is very different here . dan mist of gone over everything with my a thousand times and was very patient with me . Thank goodness for Google reviews! My husband and I picked Daniel at Advantage Lending Corp off his glowing reviews. We had the best experience. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Our offer was accepted on Aug. 23 and we closed on Sept. 15 - with a VA loan and the VA inspector taking his full 8 days to get back the VA appraisal. Daniel sent detailed bullet point emails of what he needed, promptly submitted them, and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions.
