This standard practice ensures smooth operations, as even one delayed customer can disrupt the entire schedule and cause delays for others. On the day of your booking, our driver arrived at your location but did not see you because you remained in your private room. To minimize disruption for other passengers, the driver proceeded to pick up the next customers and returned to your location two additional times, demonstrating our efforts to accommodate you despite the challenges. It is the customer’s responsibility to be ready and waiting outside at the designated time to ensure a smooth pickup process for everyone. 2. No-Show Policy: As you did not meet the driver outside as instructed, this was considered a no-show. Our policy, agreed upon during the booking process, explicitly states that no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Despite this, we went beyond our policy to reschedule your flight as a gesture of goodwill, blocking two spots for the next fully booked sunrise flight. 3. Cancellation Policy: Two hours after the rescheduling, you requested a cancellation. We explained that cancellations within 24 hours are against our clearly stated policy, as rescheduling had already been arranged, impacting other customers. 4.
