After finding our dream house and having our offer accepted, we found ourselves in a really difficult situation due to adverse credit and short term employment history. After weeks of trying with another mortgage broker and not getting very far, I stumbled across Dan on TikTok and sent him an email late one night asking for advice. Dan replied within minutes and offered his help and knowledge. Straight away, Dan reassured me that he could help. After a friendly phone call, we had a DIP the next morning. I couldn’t get excited, after previously having had a DIP declined, I was really sceptical. Dan reassured me that he was extremely confident and to trust him. Within 24 hours of sending all of our information over to Dan- our mortgage application was submitted… 3 working days later, we received an email to congratulate us that our mortgage offer had been approved!!!! Unbelievable! Not only was it approved, but we managed to get a great rate. Dan really does work miracles and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. An absolute breath of fresh air who really has made our dream become a reality.

Can not rate Nicole Gee at AMA enough, i honestly do not think we would have gotten a mortgage offer if we had of gone with anyone else, due to our poor credit and debt. The thoroughness of her work was 2nd to none, contact throughout was 10/10 Amazing, would highly recommend to anyone.

Well what can I say I run a business myself self so I know what it's like to get good reviews, but 5 stars aren't really enough for me I would of like to give 10. I can't thank Dan and Melissa enough for what they achieved, it was a slightly complicated case but Dan achieved it. My previous broker couldn't quite get me over the line with a mortage, I tried a few others and didn't have much luck. I was almost given up when I happened to come across Dan by filling an online quiz one Tuesday evening 5 weeks ago, my phone rung at 8.15pm it was Dan, we had a small phone call, finished our call by 8.30pm he said to me he would have a mortage offer by next day, well just before 11am Wednesday it was Dan saying just that, he had got mortage in decision then from then it took off, and we now have the mortage offer in full. Dan is straight forward talking he kept to his word from day one, so for any one struggling to get a mortage and think you have no hope, give Dan and the team a try or if you have a straight forward case too. If i lived closer they would of got a wine/beers and chocolates to share too. I will be back in touch with Dan and the team in 5 years or just before to renew my 1st fixed deal. I’m so pleased I came across Daniel and AMA. From my initial contact both him and Nicole have been nothing short of excellent, brilliantly responsive, happy to answer any of my queries/questions at any time and providing frequent reassurance (particularly as I wasn’t a straightforward case). It was clear to me how well Daniel knew the market and where I could secure the best deal for my circumstances. Making a mortgage application can be a very stressful experience, particularly in a volatile market, but I can honestly say Daniel’s commitment and support meant I found the whole process much easier than expected and now I’m just very excited to move into my new home! A five star service and I now wouldn’t use any other broker. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending AMA. You are superstars !

Outstanding service!! Nicole is an absolute credit to AMA and goes above and beyond. I have been in contact with Nicole from AMA since early 2024 whilst I was house hunting, and Nicole managed to secure me a MIP with a high street lender with excellent rates, which was amazing! I eventually found my dream home, reserved and left the rest to Nicole who secured me an offer in a week from a high street lender! Nicole is understanding, non-judgemental, efficient and really does work for the customer to get the best rates and an offer! I would highly recommend AMA . My application was far from straightforward due to my debts I had , I decided to remortgage to raise some money to clear everything off. Daniel has been amazing and secured me an offer can't thank him enough . If you think you don't stand a chance getting a mortgage then give this company a call you will be surprised what they can do .
