Un piacevole soggiorno Bella location, personale cortese e professionale. I massaggi di Laura un valore aggiunto. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire della piscina considerata la stagione. PS: utilizzo della spa a pagamento ed il costo secondo me è eccessivo. Ci tornerei.

Modern structure but a bit expensive The strength of the hotel is undoubtedly the structure: modern with beautiful, well-kept and clean rooms. In my opinion, out of place the 9 euros per night required to leave the car in an uncovered parking lot but video surveillance, where we still risked having to leave the car outside in the evening for lack of space. Exaggerated even the 49 euros per hour (per person) of Spa, given what was included (the emotional shower had three out of four knobs not working). Friendly and helpful staff but present only at certain times: after 8 pm and on the day of check out no one was present.

Shameful!!! Very bad experience!!! I do not judge the structure because I could not stay. After two days of trying finally answer the phone, I ask to be able to book 3 rooms for 2 nights for the same evening, they give me availability but after a short time I am contacted telling me that it was available for one night only and ok, then I say that we confirm the rooms but I am told that there are no longer 3 rooms available but only two, and ok... I say that 2 rooms are fine, after which I am told that but the reception and check in must be done by 20:30 otherwise there would have been no one left and I would have lost the money, ok! So I ask to be able to give me a few minutes to do two calculations with the time and communicate it to other people, after 5 minutes I don’t even call to confirm that we would accept the conditions and no one answers, so for almost an hour when I decide to send a message and the message they reply saying that another room was no longer available because they could not / did not want to stop online bookings for a few minutes. At 19:00 we were 6 people (including 5 foreign customers surprised by what happened wondering if it was normal in Italy) without Accommodation because from 14:30 I was dancing with them who could not calculate the final price of the rooms by phone but had to close and call me back to tell me making only confusion and leaving us in the middle of a street. Thank you so much Icon dude. Really very incompetent, little available and professional. P.S. Change phone line that does not take and you do not understand anything!!
