I recently had Aero Carpet Services Ltd. clean my 11.5 x 8.25' area rug. I wanted this cleaning to be more than the regular wet vacuum suction. I looked for a cleaning job that involved flooding the carpet with a solution and then have it scrubbed with that machine that works like those spinning floor polishers. I was confident that my rug is the type of rug that can have this type of treatment done to it. It is one of those modern Asian type rugs that has a dense pile and is made of synthetic fibre. When I dropped off the rug, I was kindly provided a mini tour of the cleaning facility. While standing at the door of the work floor the Aero representative (owner???) pointed out the carpet pounding machine, the dipping bath, the scrubbing floor area, the spin dry centrifuge and the area where the carpets are left to hang and dry. I have aways had a coffee table placed in the centre of this rug. Over a long period of time, the area around the table had darkened significantly. This meant the area under the table was left untouched and clean. After the cleaning performed I was delighted to find the perimeter of the rug was just as bright and colourful as the centre. I believe it is bad-mannered to give what this cleaning service cost me. I will say that I’m very surprised on how cheap it was. Don’t get me wrong, it was a few bucks, but for all of the cleaning steps that were performed, I think I got a good deal. There are many variables that is considered in pricing. Such as my carpet is made of synthetic fibre and I got a discount because I dropped it off. I’m pretty sure that having synthetic fibre makes it much easier to get dirt and stains out. I’d bet that thinner rugs would be more difficult to clean with the spinning scrubber. If it’s not weighted down then you think it would get pulled into the spinner. What I’m getting at is that your job will be different than mine. Therefore I won’t go into cost, but I will give a nod a say I done good. I was incredibly impressed with their service. From the initial phone call to the final inspection, their professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch.

I chose Aero to do a deep clean on an old, hand woven rug of mine and it's come back looking better than I've ever seen. From the initial quoting experience to drop and and then pick up, all staff I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be a return customer for cleaning and will be sure to check out their selections of rugs and carpets for sale in the future. All in all a great experience and result, 10/10!

EDIT: I am now very satisfied with the cleanliness of my two area rugs and the service the company provided. They picked up the rugs again yesterday and returned them perfectly cleaned today. I would rate them 5 stars, but I wish I hadn’t had to go through such a frustrating experience initially, as it was quite unsettling. PREVIOUS: Worst experience ever with this company. I had them pick up my two area rugs because they were full of cats hair, I was hoping for them to thoroughly wash them. They said they were gonna pick them up, wash them and return them after 2 weeks. I called them after 3 weeks from the pick up and they said the carpets hadn’t been cleaned yet, but after another week they returned them like this. It’s very evident they didn’t clean them, because there’s still a lot of cats hair on them and they don’t smell any different from when we gave them to them. They charged us 241.50 cad for this. It’s outrageous. I hope I’ll get a refund or they’ll pick them up again and wash them for real this time.

Great experience. Easy simple and thoughtful service. Recommended to anybody who gives a crap about their rugs and wants to keep them for as long as possible. We have dogs and their fur took over our carpet and made it smell like dog butts. Not only is it smell free it's softer on the toesiez 👣 ,and the colors are way more vibrant. Don't buy a new rug! Bring it to Aero Carpet Cleaning Services and it will look brand new again! Trust me, your bank account will thank you later. I had a price-y rug from Crate and Barrel that needed a deep clean. It was cream with a raised textured pattern. A magnetic for all things dirty. But I still absolutely love this now discontiued rug. We also have a dog, and you guess it the rug looked like it was ready for the trash. (Why I bought a cream rug, great questions I'm looking for 2018 me... because she was not thinking about Jenn in 2024 :P ) It was high quality wool, good stiching and excellent sergering, which is why it cost me an arm, a leg and we now only have 2 kids instead of 3 :P Therefore, I wanted to attempted getting it restored. 2 weeks + $150 later - the rug looks like the day I bought it. Aero - thank you for my now paid for trip to Paris as you saved me from having to go out and spend another $5K to replace this rug. I wish I discovered this service sooner. Unfortunately, I've tossed a lot of high quality rugs from Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware and knowing that I could have done this all those times Honestly - Aero you should charge more. You saved a ton and I so very much appreciate it. Business owner is often onsite, and I spoke to him about the business and he's very dedicated to offering great service for his customers. He recently took over from a previous owner, he's local to the Vancouver Metro community and has been in the carpet business for decades. This shop also does restoring for a ton of established interior designers, Realtors and high-end trusted rug makers in the area. Great small business - support them! And save the landfills from getting more junk. Crate and Barell and RH will always be there for you when you absolutely need to get a new overpriced rug! 6 stars!!!!!!

Aero Carpet saved my two beautiful wool area rugs three times! I had a series of unfortunate events involving rats and my dear sweet senior kitty becoming quite ill over months before passing, and had it not been for these guys I would have lost both my carpets along with my cat. They truly saved them from the dump, which I am ever grateful for. Maggie's spirit also thanks them as she is still able to wander in the spirit realm over her favourite plushy carpets. I would trust them with any rug and recommend them in a heartbeat. Friendly and easy pick up/drop off service too. Thank you.

Reliable service providers are recently harder and harder to find. Aero Carpet Service has the service side of things well covered. No less than 6 different employees offered help bringing some small area rugs to and from my car at their shop. Reasonable prices, top-notch service. Discount if you drop off and pick up yourself.
