I have the right to leave a review. This is not a communist country where you come from. We have freedom of speech and the right of opinion. You were rude, disrespectful, nasty, and uneducated. You need to treat your patients with respect and be honest with them. I told you that I have pain and I want to get treated but you started arguing with me from the moment I walked in your office. You need to learn how to treat people with respect and integrity. Otherwise don't be in health care. I called the insurance company and they informed me that you did not submit any paper. You wasted 2 weeks of my time and you knew I was in pain. this is unprofessional. I will report you to the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry, New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, and New Jersey Office of Attorney General. I will have the authority to deal with your unprofessional, unethical and running a scam. You canceled my appointment intentionally, even though you knew that I had pain. You should not be a doctor. You do not care about your patients. you trying to charge people as much as you can.

My experience at Aesthetic Dental was nothing short of a nightmare. The reception area is run by two girls who are not only nasty and rude but also shockingly unprofessional and uneducated. Their disrespectful behavior from the moment I walked in was appalling, and I was left feeling completely unwelcome. The office itself is filthy; I was genuinely horrified by the lack of cleanliness. It felt like a scam, with a dirty environment that raised serious concerns about their hygiene standards. When I finally saw the dentist, I was met with an equally frustrating experience. The dentist seemed more focused on pushing unnecessary treatments than on providing actual care. To make matters worse, I encountered a racially insensitive attitude from the staff that was not only inappropriate but downright offensive. It felt as if they treated certain patients with blatant disregard and disrespect, making it clear that they do not value diversity or inclusion. They don't like black people at all or people of color. They are racist. If you are black or a person of color, DO NOT GO! Overall, I cannot stress enough how much I would advise anyone to stay far away. The combination of rude and ignorant staff, a dirty environment, and questionable ethics is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Do yourself a favor and find a dental office that actually cares about its patients! DO NOT GO IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!

I can’t even begin to describe how horrible my experience at Aesthetic Dental was. If I could give zero stars, I would! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by disinterested staff who seemed more focused on their phones than on patients. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to be ushered into a cramped, filthy room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The dental hygienist was unbelievably rough, causing me actual pain during the cleaning. I felt like I was being tortured rather than receiving care. When the dentist finally arrived, they barely acknowledged me, spent less than five minutes with me, and seemed completely uninterested in my concerns. I left feeling more anxious about my dental health than when I walked in. To top it all off, the prices were outrageous for the appalling service I received. I’ve had better experiences at budget clinics! The lack of professionalism and care at Aesthetic Dental is shocking. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I will never return and will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen. Also, the girls in the reception are unprofessional and uneducated. DO NOT GO IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

I can’t express how terrible my visit to Aesthetic Dental was—it was an absolute disaster from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff has bad attitude. They were rude, disrespectful, and seemed completely uneducated about basic customer service. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. They make you feel that they are better than you and they know better. She was arguing with me about very simple stuff. They intentionally didn't submit my paper to the insurance company so that they can charge me more. I called the insurance company and they informed me that the dentist office never submitted my paper. This office is scamming people. DO NOT GO. Unless you want to be scammed. I hope the authority will close this office

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. My family of 4 and I have been coming here for over 1 year and have come several times for different procedures (tooth extractions, fillings, cleanings, deep cleanings and scaling). Everyone in the office is very friendly! Dr. Pimamov and their pediatric dentist Dr. Leung are amazing. They are very patient and answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed or uncomfortable. Dr. Leung is great with my kids and both doctors put you at ease before any procedures! The dental hygienist Rodmila is wonderful ❤️, she's very kind, gentle, and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I make sure to schedule my appointments with her. I've also worked with Leah at the front desk several times over the last year and each time she is very friendly, confidential with your information, and extremely personable. This is a great Dental Office, the only con I can think (someone might think) of is that it's a small facility. It doesn't bother me and I'll take a great experience over a large sized office missing excellent customer service and great doctors. Thank you all!

Very bad experience taking my 18 month old there. I called a week in advance. I asked if they take tricare select. The front desk said yes. I booked the appointment. I went to the visit and they said they can’t find my son had insurance . Then she asked me to call my other dental office to get my subscriber id. I thought they call at the office to find that out. I called my husband to sent me the dental insurance plan information and he did . She said she could not find it in the system . I just wanted my time and a 20 minute drive . I feel like I could have stay home if they did not take the insurance. The paper work I show her show my son having dental insurance since January 2023. Better training should be done for having patient that are military members with beneficiaries.

I recently visited Aesthetic Dental and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Alena, took the time to explain everything and ensured I was at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

1 star because 0 is not an option. I had an appointment scheduled for 5 o’clock today, and when I arrived I was told by the front desk lady (Asian) that my appointment was cancelled. I asked who did it because I never did, and she looked at me like I am from another planet, to tell me: “good question”. When I asked what they were going to do since I was there for my appointment, she said “ you need to reschedule because we put someone else in your place” with a sarcastic voice. Really?? She did not even gave me a reason of why it was cancelled. I would feel much better if she even told me that the doctor had to leave or any other excuse, but no information at all. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY…. I work in healthcare, I been a receptionist, and would’ve never treat a patient like that. I understand that things happens at last minute. It would’ve been nice if I received a call in advance to confirm or let me know that they were going to cancel. This was just UNACCEPTABLE!! That’s how you treat your patients? Especially when you are new to the practice and your whole family gives them business? Lack of good customer service and empathy by the front desk lady. You don’t know the sacrifices I made to make it there. I wish the people would be more empathetic, and really care about the people who keeps your business functioning. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Very clean and well organized office from receptionist Lia to dental hygienist Lana and dentists. Everybody at the office is nice, knowledgeable and professional.

We have been patients with this group 15yrs , my kids 1st dentist and my husband and I who were terrified of dentists from past experiences growing up feel like this office is family , you smile and are happy to be there once you see the beautiful kind ladies behind the desk , the office manager and the dentists each are wonderful but especially Dr Helena whom I see personally . Go you won't be dissatisfied with the care and treatment , all treatment plans are discussed up front , no surprises ever . Thank you all ❤️

I was always against female dentist working on my teeth but I must confess Natalie treated me with the highest professionalism and respect. The entire staff is pleasant and professional every time! I don't dread coming here like I have with other dentists. So thankful to have found this place

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a dentist or oral surgeon before but I had such a positive experience I felt compelled to. My daughter needed extractions for braces and In my search for an oral surgeon I came across Dr. Lee. He was kind, professional, funny and took the time to address all of our questions. He was empathetic to our concerns and not dismissive as some doctors can be. Honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had at a dental office. The receptionist was also very kind and always polite over the phone. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give him 10 stars. I noticed mostly women working at this dental office, they are ROCK Stars🤩 Customer service, fantastic! The hygienist was amazing very detailed informed me how to clean my teeth. I've never received this kind of attention with any pass dental visits. The Dentist and Dental assistance worked simultaneously , united as one. I didn't feel any pain. I just love this place. Thank you guys!

I generally get somewhat nervous when going to the dentist and knowing I had to get my wisdom teeth extracted made me even more nervous. I am very happy that I chose to come here, Dr. Won Sang Lee made a great first impression on me as a new patient with a great approach, he took the time to explain his actions and motivations. He was quite professional, and you really felt taken care of by him and his helper. When people are passionate about what they do, it is obvious. I genuinely appreciated them both. The stunning women up front are really kind, accommodating, and patient. An excellent experience all around, from entrance to leave! You guys are a terrific team; keep up the good job!
