A technician by the name of Colin came out to my residence due to continued difficulty with drop calls.
Colin was not just extremely knowledgeable, he was patient, pleasant and courteous while explaining how this new router works.
Colin is on the younger side, which is very rare to see a younger gentleman/technician that appears to enjoy his job and puts more effort and determination in doing great work. Colin certainly is an asset to A F Connect.
So many young people today don’t want to work, it’s refreshing to meet someone who does.

The 100Mbps Fiber is included in our HOA and I've been pretty impressed with it so far. We've been using it for about 5 weeks now, I work from home in the IT field. I just got the Deco XE75 Pro Mesh system from Amazon and have the main one on the middle floor and the 2nd one on the top floor. When we first moved in the service wasn't up and running as this place was vacant for several months but AF Connect were so easy to deal with and they came out right away and got us up and running. I've had great experiences/interactions with them so far. Very friendly customer service and the tech that came to our place went above and beyond to get the main router able to connected using the main line on the 2nd floor instead of the garage.

Have been with for 3 years and have not ever seen the 100 mbs I pay for speeds are slower then what I pay for. AND MULTIPLE outages.

Over the months I've had it, there's been multiple outages. It works for the most part. Max speed is 50mbps. Claims there will be fiber rolling out, but will take a year or more to get to my area.

Always a great help! Any outages are always rapidly addressed. It's wonderful not to need a modem, just a router and they will even help with the setup if needed! I just whish we could connect a family member who lives two houses away.

We have had AF connect for 13 years and they have been sufficient for my meager internet speed needs most of the time. Yes there have been frequent outages and an underwelming response to those outages. Yes Everytime I try a speed test app It shows speeds well below what I'm paying for, thankfully my wife loves reading and I'm pretty busy while not at work so we have just put up with it all these years so we don't have to have a contract but today they started lying why there was a multi day outage saying its basically waiting for Rocky mountain power so they can fix their thing, Rocky mountain fixed their thing about 19 hours ago and Af connect is still pointing the finger at them. Not taking responsibility and not being honest is hardly what I look for in a internet provider.

AF Connect Fiber has been working for me for many years. Speeds are great and I have never had any downtime. If you have trouble with your wi-fi it might be your router because the signal coming in is great! Way better value than any other option.

I was having weekly outages due to male/male connections with female/female adapter, AFConnect sent service people over and fixed that problem relatively quickly. I now have more consistent Internet service but there are still times of intermittent connection issues but they are less frequent.

I don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from. We have been with AF connect ever since they began with that leopard or whatever it was as their logo many years ago. We have great service and you can't beat the price. I very seldom have a problem, but if I do I just call Kyle and they are very nice and either come to my home or fix it from their office. I have heard there may be a dead spot here and there, but don't bad mouth the whole system if you happen to be in one of those. I recommend them to anyone 100%

I've had the service for several months with no issues whatsoever. In fact, i needed enough bandwidth to be able to take and make calls through the internet from my computer, and i had no problems at all with this service. It's great!!

When I signed up several years ago this seemed to be my best available option. I have consistently had speeds in the advertised range which is more than I could say for many other ISP's I've had over the years but within the last several months the reliability has plummeted with service going down sometimes multiple times per week for hours at a time and there has been no reliable way to get help.
I wish American Fork would quit sitting on their hands and either join UTOPIA or choose some other provider who will deliver citywide fiber.

I have been a customer for the past several years. I work as an IT professional. This ISP has been the best I have ever had the opportunity with which to work. My experience has been exceptional. My uptime has consistently been at least 99.9% through-out the year. While there have been outages, they have been brief. In my experience, most internet connection issues have been with my LAN connection (WiFi, internal switch, and/or firewall), not with the WAN connection (connection with ISP). While I concede that as an IT professional when there is an internet connection issue I can readily and quickly identify whether it is an internal problem (my equipment) or an external issue (ISP issue), I can understand other's experience to be different simply because they can't correctly identify the issue. I don't call AF Connect until I can identify the issue as an ISP issue, which is VERY seldom. By consequence, my customer service experience has been very different from what I read here. Because I can rule out internal equipment, for which they/ISP is not responsible, we can quickly get to the root issue. I would strongly recommend AF connect to anyone for personal and/or business use.

This is hands down the worst internet service I have ever had. The connection constantly drops multiple times a day. It’s very frustrating and even when I have called inquiring about the problem they don’t seem very knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. I would definitely not recommend this internet company to anyone!
