First rate company. Excellent quality and service. Heads above others in the landscape lighting industry. Another great expansion of our amazing lighting system. Danny came up with ideas how to enhance what’s been installed over the years. Enlightened Lighting remains far above others in the industry. Excellent products, installation and service. Great service response, call Friday and they had a service tech out on Monday. Dennis did an outstanding job, diagnosed the issue, replaced a damaged mechanism in one of our path light that was causing the issue. Dennis also adjusted two light that were off a bit and replaced a failing bulb. Overall experience with Dayloom was 5 stars, i will definitely use them again.

Here less than a week later, I am amazed by the impeccable work of the Dayloom "Dream Team", they did the damn thing! Bryce, Carlos, and Danny were amazing! They were punctual, thorough, and explained what and why they were doing and why. Even after completion and doing the walk around review with me, something looked off. They took the time to retrace the wires and found a bad connector. They dug up that section, applied a new connector, reburied the wire, and left everything looking finely manicured, as if they hadn't been here at all. There attention to detail and professionalism was impeccable. This is a microcosm of my entire Dayloom /Enlightened Lighting experience! I highly recommend this company!!! I would like to update my review to include the Front/Back Office Staff of Karen and Sandra. Collectively they have been amazing in fielding my initial call to following-up via email and phone calls to ensure my experience has been positive. They have expressed the concern of the Company in a very professional way to show exemplary customer service, interest in my total satisfaction as the consumer, not to mention the lovely token of appreciation for using their product. I noticed just last week that an irrigation pipe had been hit during the install. As soon as I placed the call, Sandra was apologetic and immediately set up my repair free of charge, no questions asked, and had it addressed the next business day even in the midst of their national sales and product demonstration conference. That speaks to what the company's value is about, pleasing the customer and ensuring a professional experience. The sent Kevin to fix my issue. He was considerate, kind, and well versed in both irrigation and lighting. He explained what his process would be prior to starting, so I was comfortable. Along the way, he discovered that he needed some additional parts. He made me aware, left the residence and went to Lowes and picked up the necessary part and completed the install (rather than delaying the completion awaiting having a part delivered). As he had to dig and turnover my rock garden to find the pierced pipe, he completed the task and restored my rock garden to a pristine state. This is the type of service from start to finish that I know Dayloom to deliver in every capacity of their business. Their customer service is incredible, and I am certain future warranty work or any repairs will have the same level of excellence. Somehow they managed to incorporate excellence in every facet of their business model and it shows! I had the pleasure of working with Carlos today. He replaced my timer and showed me how to reset and troubleshoot, if the system went offline because of heavy rain & loss of power. As always, considerate, courteous, and kind. Not to mention respectful of my property. Once again, they exceeded my expectations!

A landscape company caused many of our outdoor lights to go out. Carlos was sent to help restore our lights. He arrived early, was very polite, respectively listened to my explanation and immediately went into action to make the necessary repairs. His knowledge of the system was obvious and he easily and quickly corrected the problem. We are long term customers of Dayloom and highly recommend them. Thank you Carlos! We love our outdoor lights.
