Very good service so far! I got my Aircon from them brand new and the quarter service so far is top notch.

While searching for a company that offers aircon servicing, we note that most of them offer other services such as home cleaning as well. We wanted to engage someone who is specialised in the trade, rather than just a general contractor. A family member recommended Aircon Uncle and we decided to give them a try after reading the good reviews here. We were very pleased with the services rendered. The guys were rather detailed in their work. As ours are Daikin units, they dismantled almost everything to wash. In our past servicings, the companies that we engaged merely cleaned the externals without dismantling to wash and clean the rollers and internal components. The guys from Aircon Uncle also checked all our outdoor condenser units. They were detailed in their work and spent the whole morning servicing our 5 aircon units. We will not hesitate to recommend them to friends. Thank you for the good services.

Response was prompt, and servicing team came on time as per scheduled time. Diagnostic and servicing was done smoothly, and servicing team always cleared any doubts we have regarding any aircon related questions. Price was reasonable for the quality service provided. Invoice provided upon payment.

I recently had an issue with my aircon system after it was serviced by another company. Despite a recent chemical wash and a coolant top-up, the aircon started losing cooling efficiency within a week. When the issue persisted, the previous company came back and hastily suggested replacing the entire System 3, claiming it was "too old" despite my condo being just five years post-TOP. Their dismissive attitude and push for unnecessary sales left me frustrated. That’s when I contacted Vincent from Aircon Uncle. He arranged for his technicians to come down the same afternoon. After a detailed inspection, they recommended a pressure test to pinpoint the problem. They explained the process thoroughly, including attaching pressure gauges to the blowers, piping, and compressor. The test revealed that the nut on one of the blower units had rounded threads—likely due to mishandling by the previous company—which caused the coolant leak. Aircon Uncle’s team reassembled everything and asked us to monitor the system. They assured us that if the issue recurs, we can call them for further assistance. It’s been a relief working with professionals who focus on accurate diagnosis and repairs rather than pushing unnecessary replacements. Highly recommend Aircon Uncle for their prompt service, expertise, and integrity!

Professional, prompt, top quality service, priced much more affordably than the usual retail stores. Engaged twice, both times very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Overall good service. Punctual and clean all the system 4 airconds of my house very well. They provided free assessment on aircond compressor and I was told that the gas leaked and compressor was dirty which $300 + incurred for the services.

Very terrible service. Others charge 70 for chemical they charge 100+.. won’t advise anyone to use their service

I think I had my 3rd/4th servicing done. I had a chemical overhaul done for my a/c and it was satisfying. The technician did a very good job with it. Aircon Uncle has a team of professionals! Please keep up the good work :)

Thank you Weijian and teams, I gave 5 stars for the service provided by Air con uncle. Weijian came for site visit and professional in explaning where to install the air cons. He arranged the installation the week after, and the mens came on time. They were skillful and experienced techs, explained to me about the process and all my questions were answered. Thank you and for sure will hire them again for my A/C servicing in future. Recommended 👍👍👍

I would say definitely 100% GOOD. Clean well and fix well. Price of service is reasonable !!! Very pleasure aircon service!!

Been using Aircon Uncle for the past 8yrs. Quality has always been top. Had 3 units of flats purchase system 4s and fully service by them. Don’t worry, you are on good hands. They had a change in management. I have also stop using them.
