We couldn't have been happier with Alan! This was our first time buying a home and Alan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with every step along the way. The first day we met, we talked about everything that we were looking for in a home (area, prices, etc.) and then had a well put-together portfolio of all his information and everything we could expect for him. Extremely professional! The communication was awesome! Every time I messaged Alan, whether it was on a potential house, questions about closing or the entire process, he responded in a very quick manner. It really made us feel like we were a high priority. When we finally found the home we were looking for, Alan sent our kids a nice little childrens book about moving, and our kids loved it! Overall, I was extremely happy with everything Alan did for us. Could not recommend him more! If you are in the market for buying, or selling a home, definitely hit him up!

Alan was the best! He was so patient as we looked at MANY homes giving us helpful feedback. He always responded to our questions promptly and truly cared about helping us find the right place for us. Alan is a wonderful realtor! I’m a first-time homebuyer so it was a very stressful experience going into it but he is very good at making the process smooth. He goes through every little detail and makes sure everything is clear. I couldn’t recommend a better person to work with than him!

He is very analytical and exceeded my expectations by performing each task very effectively and efficiently without the extra time-wasting fluff that comes with some other realtors. We thought we could manage the sale of our house on our own. Quickly we realized it was much more difficult and many realtors were unhelpful. Alan came prepared with market information generalized and specific. He was so easy to work with and answered all questions completely and patiently. Once he took over, we were set. He took amazing photos and the showings came in quick. In 3 days we had an offer; in 4 days we had multiple offers. Alan navigated all of it flawlessly. We also used him to find a new home. He was available, even last minute, to show us a house and always kept us informed on potential resale issues and suggestions. He made the experience so much easier. We would never consider selling or buying again without him. He is a gem.

Alan was great to work with in selling my home. He was aggressive in pricing and seemed to know the market well. He also made a beautiful video of my home, which I will cherish forever.

Where do I begin with Allan? From the first day that we met him we KNEW that he was the one for us. His kind smile, and charismatic personality definitely reeled us in by far. I would like to say that he did actually do so many things to surprise us in terms of going above and beyond. When I say this, I mean that he never failed to provide us with the things that we needed; leaving us with pamphlets already printed out for buyers, giving us an organized folder of what to expect or what is required alongside this journey, always trying to reply to us in a timely manner ASAP within a reasonable amount of time, the empathy he gives alongside this journey, and the sweet parting gift he gave at the end which was totally unexpected. We couldn’t help but to hug him our last day with him because we know that he is such a helpful young gentleman. He honestly did his best to show our property and to work with home buyers. He negotiated for us whenever we needed, and never made us feel uncomfortable about it. He never judged us, he always asked us what we wanted and never assumed. He advocated for us when people randomly ghosted us unprofessionally. He has a strong work ethic and desire to be successful, it doesn’t matter where he is or what he’s doing, if he’s able- he will drop what he’s doing to answer your call. He has excellent communication skills and the ability to truly build a genuine rapport with anyone he encounters. He recommended suggestions that would and successfully DID enhance salability. He placed advertisements, placed staging items in our house, and hired the BEST photographer who took a beautiful sunset photo of my childhood home that is very precious to me in part. He stays constantly in the loop with updates on the market by studying listings and did not hesitate to provide any educational information to help us understand WHY certain things would be beneficial in the first place. It’s my first time leaving my home, I’ve lived here for 26 years, and so this was extremely terrifying+traumatizing of a process for me, and I also felt trapped at my house simultaneously. He took ALL of those fears away, and made our dreams a reality. I bust my butt as a suicide prevention counselor so I’m used to being the helper not the helpee, and it’s good to know someone was there for US instead, someone came through for us 🥺😄😃. He worked with my busy schedule because of my job, and he was PATIENT with us all the times that we didn’t feel okay, especially after unsuccessful circumstances. If you’re wondering if you should choose Allan; if he’s a nice person that will work hard for you- stop wondering- because he is everything you could’ve ever dreamed of AND MORE. You will be lucky to know him, to work with him, and have him in your life. God bless you Allan, you kind soul. I highly recommend using Alan as a realtor. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I found the perfect first house. He made sure to answer all of my questions, worked countless hours to show me multiple homes, and showed patience and kindness every step of the way. It is a hard market currently but he helped me stay positive every step of the way. He gave me suggestions with absolutely no pressure to place offers or to look at houses. He made it easy with setting up a home search and finding out more information about properties before we looked at them. He not only has helped me close on my first house but has helped my parents find a perfect property!

Alan is a very pleasant, knowledgeable real estate agent. Because of his marketing skills, my home sold in two days. Of course, your results may differ, but his marketing skills will get you the fastest results possible.
