First time having my carpets cleaned. I chose Albemarle Fabric and Floor Care based on their positive reviews. I made my appointment with Holly. She was very polite and friendly. The appointment was scheduled within a very reasonable timeframe, and pricing was reasonable too. Rocky arrived early after he called me to see if that was ok. He did an excellent job! He was professional, polite and friendly. He explained the drying time and when I could walk on the carpet. He told me to be careful with walking from carpet to floor, possibly slippery. He was very attentive to cleaning up as he went, and respectful of my home in general. Very nice young man. Thank you Albemarle for a wonderful, first time experience! I'll be sure to call you in the future and spread the word!

After driving past this place for over 6 years I called to see if they could refurbish a travertine and tumbled marble floor. They said that is in their wheelhouse. And is it ever! My floor had gotten very dingy over the years and I actually thought of tearing it out and starting over but the cost of the tear out plus replacement and the quality of stone below the crud stopped me. I’m so glad I paused. Albermarle made the floor look new, and the care they took in approaching the job, including finding out what was used before to ensure they could deal with it, doing a test patch and then pausing after 2 coats of sealer to allow me to assess it (they returned to do the third coat) were all top notch! There are a lot of reviews of their great work on rugs and hardwood but they are equally capable for natural stone.

Had a sectional cleaned today and it looks great. I was very impressed that Nick arrived exactly on time, and took precautions to protect the hardwood floor and all areas in the stairway that the hose would make contact with. Most impressive was how he covered the open front door to prevent the air conditioning from leaving the house while at the same time not allowing any uninvited flying visitors to enter. And he was a pleasure to talk to!

Love how they're on time, work efficiently, and get the job done. They've revived our carpet and furniture.

The service was good and the work was well-done. I was shocked at the price, though. In the future, I need to get an estimate before the work is done. They recently rescued us by coming to clean a room for guests who were arriving that night! The carpet had developed a bad smell that we didn't figure out until the day before and when I called they offered to come that afternoon, then brought a dehumidifier to help dry it out. Amazingly everything came together and the carpet cleaned, smelling good and dry when guests arrived! Thank you so much for your efforts to help us.

Have used this company before & are always pleased. Thomas arrived & did a spectacular job on our carpets. He also mentioned all the other services Albemarle performs which I wasn't aware of. Plan on having our vinyl floors spruced up next season. Highly recommend Albermarle.

We had our carpets and a few pieces of furniture cleaned on 05/04/2023. Tom did a fantastic job cleaning everything. He was very careful and meticulous. They look brand new. We definitely would recommend Albemarle to our friends and neighbors. New customers - we strongly recommend them!

Austin did the cleaning of our carpets and one small area rug. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job. My neighbor saw the results of what he did for us and will be calling them to do her cottage!

Albemarle also cleaned and sealed family room hardwood floor removing scuff marks and scratches and did an amazing job!! Upholstery and carpet cleaning was also excellent. Tile floor in kitchen looks new!! We'll definitely use them for cleaning needs in the future! Thanks!
