We own a few gyms around Toronto and use Alex for our daily graphic design needs. We send him templates to be covered into client schedules, we send requests for banners to designs for the gyms, we send him requests for signage, for graphics around our POS system, for different paper work, for clothing, for our juice bar, for our cups, for our lids, even for our straws! We know we don’t need anyone full time, and pay-per-project designer will be very expensive with the amount we request. Alex Rescue Graphic Design is 10/10 for communication, 10/10 for quality, and 10/10 for price. Thank you ?

My husband and I started our own small grain company on our farm. First we started to give it to our friends and neighbours because of how much we produced, but word started to spread and we slowly started to sell it in jars and plastic bags and really anything we could find around the house. A couple of years later, we were approved by Health Canada and were able to sell in stores. Unfortunately our packaging wasn’t nice and was often overlooked when people walked by it. We hired Alex and his team to help us out a bit and see what he can do. We were both blown away with the quality of designs we got. At first,he asked us a lot of questions to find out what we wanted to see, what we didn’t want to see, what colors we liked, what fonts we liked, and everything in between! It was great because it also opened our eyes to things that we never considered before. After the design were made and printed, we continue to use Alex and his team for various graphic design tasks that we need. Sell sheets, label changes, new product line, and everything else! He even created banners and graphics for our farm.

LOVE LOVE LOVE working with Alex! We have a month of full label revisions? It’ll be $997. We have new package designs that need to be done? $997. We have about 40 projects that need to be completed? $997. Our accounting department has NEVER BEEN HAPPIER when we switched over to Alex Rescue Graphic Design. Before we would get charged for each project individually and could have 4-5 bills that we had to sign A DAY! It was absolutely insane! For anything little or large, we would get charged and sent over the bill. With Alex Rescue everything is done through PayPal and we only get one bill at the start of the month and that is it! Best part is that there is also no auto-bill, which means that if we decide not to continue with the service, we simply don’t ask for it. There is no cancellation fees, there is no starting fees, there is no extra fees. The price is locked in and set.

Our company provides softgel capsules to the multivitamin and medical industry in Canada and America. We were a bit skeptical giving our work to a company (graphic designer) who is not in-house and is present Monday-Friday. After a few weeks with Alex Rescue Graphic Design we realized how great it is to work with them, and how easy everything gets done. Whenever we need something completed we just send him an email with the requirements. He replies back with, Received, thank you and that is it. If the project is small, we usually get it back within hours, if we know it’s a large project we tell him that a day or two is okay with us. In all cases he usually delivers the projects way faster then we expect it to be completed. We have been working with Alex for 17 months now and will continue to use him and his team as our main graphic design source.

I just want you to imagine for a moment that you want to hire a graphic designer to join your company. If you are like us, you are a fairly small company with 10 full-time workers. At this point you are ready to hire a graphic designer, so what do you do? 1. Sign up on hiring service websites 2. Research on what you need from the designer 3. Write it nicely 4. Upload it to the website 5. Wait for 1000s (yes 1000s) of resumes to pour in 6. Start looking at resumes 7. Email/Call people to schedule an interview 8. Have a first round of interviews 9. Have a second round of interviews 10. Hire the person 11. Provide them with a computer 12. Provide them with a working space 13. Start payroll 14. Start health benefits And this is just a birds eye view overview of the whole process. In reality there is about 40 more steps. With Alex Rescue I went on his website, I sent him a message through the website, he replied back to me, and probably all under 2 hours I hired a professional graphic designer to start working for me. With a lot of experience! ?

This is such a strange concept (and I mean this in the best way possible) that I didn’t even think it can exist, but here we are! Our companies outsources all our graphic design tasks, and our biggest problem we had is the label edits. Even if it was a single letter change, we would get charged for an hour of work. This is a huge problem when it comes to the vitamin industry because Health Canada always updates its regulations and our labels always have to be changed (slightly) to make sure the wording is always up to the health standards. However we know that a text change doesn’t take an hour and we always felt a bit upset when we had to pay for it. With Alex it’s an entirely different story! We never have to worry about getting charged extra for any of the revisions that we need. The price is always the same and we can ask as much as we want (and we do!) Thank you Alex!

I’m really not sure why a company would hire an full time graphic designer on their team when Alex Rescue is such a better option. Graphic Designers in a junior position start at around $40,000 a year. In a lot of cases companies don’t have that much work to give them to keep the occupied for the full 8 hours a day. With Alex Rescue, we hire them every other month, for one month, and we give them a lot of work to do. This ensures that we get top quality with great turnaround times, and for a VERY GOOD PRICE. After 12 months I’ve spent about $6,000 with Alex Rescue. With a graphic designer I would be spending over $40,000 and I’m not even counting the taxes, the health benefits, purchasing the equipment and finding office space. In other words, Alex saved me a minimum of $36,000 in the first year.

Blown away! Responded so quickly to our inquiry... gave us a quote quick and without issue. We got a lovely logo made by him within 24 hours and even talked us through the different files, what they are for and how to use them. Not only that, we received different versions of our logo with proof of transparent background as well as both black and white without request. I am really glad we found you Alex! Will be back! Quick review after using Alex Rescue for 30 days! WOW, WOW, and once again WOW! We never thought that we can get this much done in 30 days! We went from, How is this all going to get done? to what else can we request?. We have graphics for social media, we have graphics for our website, we have individual sell sheets for all our vitamins and minerals. We have everything that we wanted to! That was the best 30 days of graphic design we ever had in this company! We are absolutely going to continue working with Alex.

We worked with Alex Rescue Graphic Design for 9 months now. When we started we didn’t have any labels done or even how it would look like. Alex and his team fully created our branding from us (that we love) and the labels to go with the branding. They also designed our brochures and sell sheets. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who is looking for a graphic designer (virtual!) for a price that is considered a steal.

I’ll be honest. I was a little skeptical signing up with Alex just because I never heard of him before, or his company, or this type of service. It seemed a bit too good to be true. $995 and unlimited graphic design? Was wondering how it’s possible because graphic designers all charge $60,000/year salary, or if they are a freelancer they charge over $100/hour. The way it works here is that you pay a monthly fee and in return you get daily graphic design output. So you really have to ask yourself, “Do I have enough projects to give him on daily or bi-daily basis?” if your answer is no, perhaps this service is not for you? If you just require one or two things, you might be better of hiring a freelancer for a project or two and it’ll cost you less than $995. On the other hand, if you need some kind of complicated multi-media, 100 differed package designs, etc. This also might be for you because he has other clients and you get a certain piece of his time per day. This is ideal for entrepreneurs or small businesses that need an hour or two of graphic design per day. I love this service and I keep using it??
