Such a great experience! Professional… kind….and knowledgeable. Came out the next day and fixed what turned out to be a very minor issue and charged honestly. Didn’t do more than what was needed which I appreciate! Also very helpful via text to help with another issue I overconfidently thought I could do myself and he walked me through how to solve. Called Ali Appliance Repair. Someone was able to come out the same day. Not only that, before they came out, I had described what the issue was with my oven over the phone and I was told what it sound like it could be and it was exactly what he said it was. Came out exchanged it fixed it they run time. I really liked that the customer service was awesome. I will use.Ali Appliance Repair again.

This company came to fix my dryer in record time. Found the issue in record time and although they didn't have the part that was needed the person came back the same day and out in the part and my dryer was fixed. They also cleaned up very well. I would use them again for sure.
