Absolutely everything. I took in a painting which I purchased in Paris along with several other projects that I wanted to be framed about 5 or 6 total. Every one of the people was most helpful particularly with framing a wooden box which my father had hand crafted for me from my first trip to Europe with what is now called old money coins inside. Great work all the way round & one of the co owners Mathias was also around being most helpful.

The framers at Underglass are amazing. They always take such care working with me to find the right frame that really highlights the art. It’s such an enjoyable process. I’ve been coming to them for custom framing since I lived around the corner in Noe Valley, but even now that I’ve moved to Santa Cruz I continue to come back. I don’t trust anyone else to deliver their quality of work. They’re the best.

Super helpful! I’ve been going crazy trying to find a frame for an unusual sized photo. Underglass cut me a custom mat that fits a standard sized frame for a very reasonable price.

I have worked with Underglass to frame two different prints. They are probably not the cheapest option, but to me it's worth a little extra for the friendly service and great design advice. For my second framed piece, I brought it back in because the print was not lying flat in the frame, and they fixed it for no charge and a staff member even dropped it off at my door - super appreciated!

I have been so happy with this company! second time using their service. Great professionalism, clear expertise, excellent communication skills, no pressure. They clearly take great pride in their work. I feel valued, heard, and appreciated for my business. I am not a collector, not an artist, but the pieces I have brought have sentimental value, perhaps some monetary worth but I mostly wanted the art to be family pieces in my home. I could not be more pleased and will absolutely choose this company again should I have a framing need.
