Everyone at All Dry are the most professional, punctual and helpful people in their space that I met when dealing with water damage from a remodel. When dealing with a few major water damage issues All Dry came out immediately, offered their personal numbers to stay in touch and remedied every issue efficiently. Throughout the stressful process of a flood All Dry set out to work while also educating us on the causes of floods/leaks and best practices to prevent them in the future. They're a local Denver based company that provides exceptional customer service and you'd do yourself and your home a favor in calling them should you ever need water remediation services. 10/10 in every category

Mike's team and Shane were great. They were quick to respond with water damage mitigation after my water heater expansion tank ruptured overnight. They were timely, communicated well, and mindful of not dirtying up/destroying unnecessary parts of the home. They used professional equipment and performed all necessary documentation to coordinate with the insurance adjuster. Definitely recommend these guys.

All Dry has a great restoration equipment rental service! The equipment always has worked properly, is thoroughly cleaned, fair priced, and they get it to you on time. The entire team is professional and always great to work with.

Working with All Dry was so easy. We were in the middle of a home remodel and one of the bathrooms that was recently completed caused a major leak to the first-floor seeping into the basement. Michael, the owner was professional, helpful and considerate. He explained everything that was being done. He was punctual with his report for our insurance company. His crew, Shane and Luke, were so easy to work with and they tried to make the drying process as painless as possible. They were through, finding all the places that the water had seeped into. I would recommend Michael and his crew to anyone that needs their services. You won't be disappointed with their work.

All Dry saved us during the major freeze when our company ran out of equipment during the Holidays! As soon as I contacted them, they were able to provide us with equipment same day and Mike (the owner) followed up each day as soon as he received more inventory to offer to us! Michael Cavallo was a lifesaver for us. We had a plumbing leak in condo that is a second home and was vacant at the time the water damage occurred. It was over the holidays and we could not be present for the mitigation or repairs. Mike helped us every step of the way. He was responsive and kind and his costs were reasonable and entirely in line with his original estimate. His team did a wonderful job and the communication was excellent from start to finish.

I found All Dry/Denver Restoration Brothers based on the prior great reviews and I'm so glad I did. Despite having a packed schedule, Mike came out to our property on a Friday morning so he could measure the damaged area and give us at least a ballpark idea of what we would be charged to see if we could still close on buying this house Friday afternoon. He was prompt, polite, and honest. He truly sought to give me the best service while staying as reasonable with price as possible. He was in constant communication with me and my mold inspector (Staci with EnviolCore, which is another glowing review). Shane came out and contained, remediated, and also kept in close communication with me. He also was fair and honest and understood we were on a budget. I would HIGHLY recommend All Dry to handle your water damage/mold problems. The great job they did has me feeling a sigh of relief and hope as we get ready to move into our new home!

We had some water damage from the last rain storm on 8/15/22 in Highlands Ranch. Mike came by to assess. He was extremely professional and honest. He told us that we could likely do the repair ourselves, given the small extent of damage, instead of trying to sell us on unnecessary services. We could also tell that he had deep knowledge on water damage and restoration. We ultimately decided to do it ourself but if we find more extensive water damage, Mike will be the first person we call! Thanks Mike!

What a terrific experience I had using All-Dry. I had a leak in my crawlspace/mini-basement that soaked the dirt floor and made the whole space a muddy, musty, putrid mess. My initial call to All Dry resulted in them (Tony, the project manager) coming out the next day. All other companies I contacted weren't able to come out for days later jus to give me an assessment). Tony gave me a fair estimate and advised what could be done with the budget that I had set for the repairs, and he promptly went to work once I made up my mind to move forward. Professional and courteous, he was great to work with, and sure enough, was able to get my crawlspace as dry as possible ,and then laid down a very nice looking vapor barrier. He even went the extra mile and removed a little bit of soil from the space as well. I'm so happy that I no longer have a damp muddy cesspit for a crawlspace, and Tony was again professional AND personable. I without hesitation recommend working with him and this company!
