Had these in to do my rented property, removed my gas fire left the hole in the wall and then plastered over it twice to them then turn around and say they didn't need to remove it so I am now left with half of my main wall in my front room just plaster as ive been trying and trying to get something done by them weather it be compensation to re paint or paper! Nothing. Cut out my main storage unit in the bedroom cupboard to put the heat pump tank to realise it didn't even fit cause it wasn't measured properly, they then had to cut my loft hatch bigger and made a complete mess of that! We had radiators leaking downstairs which lifted our wood flooring. A newly decorated bathroom with mermaid board around our bath one of thr workers put a hole in it while doing a fan in the bathroom and didn't have the decency to even mention it. They fitted a small radiator on our landing when using the drill to go through the wall they used one too big and it went right through to the bedroom wall! Was told the heat fan couldn't go on our flat room and was lied to about the size which I now have this under my kitchen window with 2 children in the house. I have had no one even offer to give compensation therefore I will be taking this further as my home and my children's home was left a mess

Gave it a few months to leave a review, any problems along the way to this point was solved swiftly, the engineers know there stuff about the heat pumps. But yes can finally say, it’s worth doing, works well, and they do rectify any problems.

Mixed impressions really from my solar panel system. The first installation appointment was deferred for the week after as the scaffolding did not take place on the original date. Not a great deal as the new installation date I was given was a week after. The installation was done by a third party team. The electrician who came brought only one out of two batteries due to an admin error by the company. He then came the day after to install the second battery with me not being at home. He left the inverter at wrong settings. I noticed that suddenly the battery starting pulling charging power from the grid. The all season person I had talked to previously on the second battery issue was on a meeting when I called to ask info on the charging from the grid issue. I was reassured he would call me back. He never called, not even the day after. I had to spend 2 hours on YouTube turrorials to understand more about the system and how is thould be properly set up. Eventually I managed to get it to work correctly. On the following day I noticed that the electrician who came for the second battery once again had touched the settings so I had to correct this again.
Anyway the system seems to be working fine now, but for the first day of implementation, with a cloudy day far from the projection I was given. Will have to check on a sunny day, even though the diagrams I was given were for dailly production in a whole month with good and bad days ahead...

Your first appointment had to be moved due to the scaffolder’s availability. As we use third-party companies for the scaffold, we experience unforeseeable delays from time to time. We do vet the scaffolding companies we use and track their progress regularly. The scaffolding company we used for your installation have provided us with a good level of service in the past. It’s unfortunate that you experienced these issues.
Like most companies, we use a mixture of employed and self-employed installers, and we, as a company, do take full responsibility for any work carried out by both.
Unfortunately, there was an admin error regarding the second battery, and we quickly sorted this out for you. We advised that the second battery would be coming the day after and checked that you were happy with this. Regarding the settings, this has been addressed with the team, and we apologise for the issues you had getting through to our tech support. We are constantly working to implement ways to make this experience better for the customer and to provide as much information relating to the finished product as possible.
We advise that customers don’t alter the battery settings, as changing certain settings may damage the inverter and void the warranty. Customers are asked to call the office so we can rectify any issues. Please drop our team a call or an email if you have any further issues with your system, and this will be dealt with promptly.

With broken promises having the wife in tears and unable to live in the house for a while on top Still there is remedial work to complete I.e. carpets badly cut and and new window handles to be fitted it is now October and it still hasn't been sorted. The problems caused are to many to list
So please be aware if you use these people don't believe what they say and be prepared for the long haul.

Absolutely brilliant company from start to finish. From the initial sales rep visiting us to the end product, everyone was great and very knowledgeable. (Loads of companies out there send sales reps out that know nothing about solar, do your research). My quote was held for around 18 months, and by the time I was ready, my panels were upgraded and installed in 2 days. We were given free pigeon proofing, not a pigeon in sight!
The staff in the office couldn't be more helpful, the electrician was great as were the lads on the roof installing the panels. Everyone was professional and respectful.I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely brillant professional service. We had a mix of external insulation, internal and roof insulation and electrical work. 10 days from start to finish for all work to be completed on site.
Our work was funded which did delay the initial application but as soon as work commenced i couldn't fault it, the tradesmen where polite, respect of our property inside and out and left everything clean and tidy each day with great attention to detail throughout the work. Definitely a company i would recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable people here, both in the office, sales and workmen / installers.
Easy to get hold of, UK offices / phone lines no overseas call centres! Could answer questions quickly.
Came up with tailored install to suit my needs.
Great installers, from scaffolders, roofers and electricians.
Tidy, pretty quick install, no mess, fitted how/where I wanted.
System works well.
A bit more info on use of the Sunsynk app would help!

All Seasons energy installed a new air source heating system with solar panels, and insulated the walls of my mother's house. They are a very professional outfit and kept to the detailed timetable that was given before they began. An excellent job was done and I'd highly recommend All Seasons Energy to anyone considering having this kind of work done to their home.

We have just recently had solar panels, inverter and two batteries fitted by All seasons Energy Ltd. Although initially having some reservations about the whole process, all my (many) questions were answered professionally and the whole design process was very smooth. The two fitters (Dan and Danny) were kind and considerate in our house and the work was done to the high standard I expected. After sales services, such as linking to the national grid was carried out in an exemplary manner (many thanks to Anna and Laura here), and many other companies in this sector should look to All Seasons as role models of how to ensure customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
