Their service is good. I just wish there was more consistency with the Technicians being sent. I seem to get a different one each visit.

Matthew was a great tech he told me exactly what the problem was and how much to fix the problem . He was spot on replaced the part now am cooling down as am writing this. The process was flawless he didn't try to add this or that to the estimate and I appreciate that more than you know. I'm a automotive tech 42 years I'm super honest I don't lie to people I don't tell them they need this or that . If they want me to look the car over and recommend a few items I'll be happy to do that. I so much appreciate Matthew for being a straight shooter money is super tight right now for everyone if I were you I would ask for Matthew and his trainee he was super nice and helpful also

All Star HVAC have done an outstanding job at my house. All the technicians that have been here have been great, friendly & very knowledgeable and professional.

I am very happy with the service I received from All star heating & Cooling. Mathew the technician was very knowledgeable and his bedside manners are A+. He was able to fix our immediate problem with cooling and returned to insulate the lines when the parts arrived. Being an Airbnb host requires depending on a company that can really have your back on any emergency and I can happily say All Star heating & cooling are our new and improve collaborators. I happily and highly recommend Mathew and the team at All Star.

My fellow neighbors I want to warn you of this AC company so you will not go through what my husband and I are going through. On October 19, 2019 my husband and I hired Allstar to replace our old AC that was installed in 2004. It worked well for over 14 years. They charged us $6800 for a brand new Goodman AC. On October 20, 2021 the blower broke down and said "it looks like the part was faulty and cannot handle Florida weather so we have to replace it. They made us paid $720 to replace something on a brand new AC. Mind you I also pay them to service my AC every 6 month for regular maintenance. Now, November 11, 2023 the AC stopped working. They came and the coil had a leak so all the coolant /freon leaked and everything was full of ice. Now they are charging us $1700 to replace coil and fill with freon. Now 9/9 the handler is leaking water and they say the coil need cleaning and want to charge me $329. I asked why do I keep having problems with this new AC and their answer is always these parts sometimes come faulty. So far in 3 years it has cost us $12,220. This company is purposely installing new AC with faulty parts that are not under warranty so they can keep getting money from you for repair. It's a scam. We are stuck with this horrible company that has no integrity. Please do your homework and do not fall for it. I have receipts if you want proof. I will tell anyone that will listen so these people stop abusing and deceiving consumers. They know that in Florida AC is a need not a commodity. We will be sending all our documents to the Better Business Bureau. We are also going to the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC works for the consumer to prevent fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices in the marketplace.

estimator was knowledgeable and courteous. He was open about the process and did not pressure us to commit. He interpreted the HVAC jargon into common terms of how the system functions in heating and cooling the house.
