Terrible service - avoid if you are a single female
Terrible! Avoid this service Booked transfer from Geneva airport to chamonix. Paid the extra cost for direct service to hotel door. Driver did not know where hotel was despite it being on of the bigger hotels in chamonix (La Folie Du) dropped me late in evening further Down the road ie a hill. When I questioned him he said he ‘didn’t have time ‘ ! I was on my own / last passenger and felt very vulnerable, was dropped on side of road in late evening and driver drove off. Worse still I noticed my suitcase was ripped. Alpy bus ignored my complaint.

Min fru och jag fick två separata transfers med en timmes mellanrum från Chamonix till Geneves flygplats trots att vi hade bokat samma tid. De bokade helt plötsligt om en av oss med förklaring att bussen blivit full. När man sedan ringer deras kundtjänst och ber om hjälp för att i alla fall komma med samma transfer (det finns plats) trots att tiden inte passar oss, då ska de ha betalt för att göra det. Hade vi vetat att det skulle bli så mycket problem med Alpy hade vi aldrig bokat med dem. När vi senare förhör oss hos Chamonix turist information så berättar de att de slutat samarbeta med Alpy eftersom det är så mycket strul. Boka inte med Alpy, det finns flera andra seriösa transferbolag på sträckan mellan Geneve och Chamonix.

Really easy. Great communication. Nice minibus. Felt safe with driver (on mountain roads too). Notification 24hrs before as promised at time of booking. Messaged by driver just after we landed. Very polite. Straight to door. Same going back. Excellent communication and great price too.

Great experience , took a transfer from Zurich airport down to St.Moritz, the driver knew a lot about the area , spoke good English . Helped with the luggage getting in and getting out .
If you are in need of a transfer from Geneva airport or from Zurich I would recommend Alpy , professional and friendly , and price friendly .

ALPY Made Our Day in Verbier
Had a fantastic experience with ALPY transfer services during our trip to Verbier. Our driver was not only friendly and polite but also had a great sense of humor, which added a nice touch to the journey. The best part was that the car was spacious enough to comfortably fit all four of our mountain bikes, allowing us to travel without any worries. This ensured that we started our day on the right foot. When it was time for pick-up, we were exhausted from our day of riding, and the driver went above and beyond to help us. Amazing ALPY experience
Used ALPY for a transfer from Geneva airport to Verbier . We hadn’t informed the driver that our daughter will need a baby seat , but he had everything already on board . The driver was polite and very helpful with the luggage as well as explaining some interesting facts about Switzerland on the way to Verbier. To summarize a smooth experience with polite staff . I really say or write these kind of things , but this time I have to - I will use ALPY again and I truly recommend it to anyone who is in need of a transfer to or from the biggest airports in Switzerland and the Swiss /French alpine area.
