Very competent service personnel. Diagnosed and repaired within a little over 1 hr. They we’re respectful of our home by removing shoes to protect our white rugs. Most of all they described what was wrong clearly and proceeded to accomplish the repair. Thank you Nat T Mule.

Horrible experience I had an issue with my washer machine so I called them and the repairman shows up. after five minutes I check up on him and he tells me the drain pump has an issue that is over $300 to repair in five minutes he tells me that’s the issue. Didn’t even opened it .I paid him 70 bucks just for him to tell me that. For a moment, I really did believe him that laundry machine might have an a drain pump issue after he left. I did a hard reset and it started working like normal. Normally, I don’t touch things I don’t know how to fix, but it worked this time. I feel scammed.
