Ryan and Jim at Ameribuilt were wonderful with helping us build our dream home. They also helped to make sure that the quality was there. They did not disappoint! We are extremely happy! The house turned out wonderful. We went with the Outback Building. We started with a 1500 square feet metal home. Engineered for California living which is no easy task! The design of the building and foundation passed through the Permitting process easily and was engineered by OutBack Buildings. We have the exterior of Barndominium up now and we are starting on the interior. They helped us build our home at our own speed and we’re very patient and helpful to make sure we did not make mistakes. Additionally, they helped me add the large windows … and followed the exact design of our home which gives it so much appeal. It was worth the extra money I spent on all those windows. We could not be happier with the quality of the product and the service while our buying our home. Thank you Ryan and Jim for helping us build a beautiful Barndominium metal home … that won’t burn. 🌟🙏🏻🌟

I ordered my building with a small deposit in late 2019 it was delivered after the Covid delays in early 2021 With all the Supply delays and pricing going through the roof I was very shocked when Bob called me for final payment, and it was exactly what we had agreed upon a shout out to this company for honoring their word, instead of sending me my deposit back and tell me that they could not do it for that anymore, I installed this building myself with one helper. And a little bit of common sense. It took us five weeks with two rented machines. the instructions are very detailed but I found that they were out of order and had to rely a lot on calling Jim throughout the project I even called him on a Sunday afternoon, expecting to leave a message and he picked up and answered my question right then and there. I did not leave a review right away because I wanted to see how the quality of the building was going to hold up. After three years of being in the south, Florida, direct sun and extreme weather the building looks as if I just put it up last month , I am very satisfied with the building and when I show it to my friends, who have had buildings put up by other manufacturers they are amazed at the higher quality of this building special thanks to Jim and Bob. It was such a pleasure dealing with them. I will buy my next building from this company.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Bob Parnell in designing our dream barndominium . From start to finish Bob was there the whole way and put us in touch with the perfect team to have our home erected. Five out of five would recommend.

Bob and the AmeriBuilt team worked closely with the construction company erecting and finishing my steel building, resolving all issues with dinged parts in delivery, a few small missing items, and modifications induced by me due to several changes in scope needed for my home business. One thing I like about this company is their knowledge in their own product and it was very helpful working with them.

The owner and his sales team go out of their way to deal professionally and fairly with their owner/builders. Our live work structure was built to use as a commercial tasting room in the center section with two luxury guest suites on each side. We love the high ceilings and closed cell foam insulation we used to make the home quite and energy efficient.

We ordered a 3400sf roof structure for a car canopy. We got the best pricing from Paul and Stuart. Better still, they were helpful low pressure to deal with. We got the design quickly and within their estimated timeframe. Also, the steel came right on time, as promised. The steel components were exactly as ordered and fit together without trouble. We will seriously consider going to Paul and Stuart first for our next steel building.

My review is both on the company and my direct contact Ryan Greiner. I did my homework and I am a capable do-it-yourselfer with plenty of rehab properties under my tool belt. I decided with the price of wood I would try doing a barndominium addition to one of my Airbnb properties. It's been an amazing experience, but definitely challenging, and I learned quite a few things on the way. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the great support of this company and Ryan. He's been there since day one. And he was quick to answer any questions I had or work to get me the answers quickly. The owner of the company is phenomenal as well, and you can't beat the price for the quality. Do your homework and be ready to get your fingers dirty, no matter who you think you have lined up to help. Great finished product and well worth the investment.

The building components are high quality and sturdy. All the parts fit together well and once erected were solid and strong. I have a real positive feeling about AmeriBuilt and don’t think there would any kind of a problem with their structures. I don’t hesitate recommending AmeriBuilt Steel Structures and Ryan Greiner.

Excellent product

So I have seen different metal buildings but none compare to AmeriBuilt . The fact that they have already engineered live loads , dead loads and drywall loads in to the building is awesome. The assembly was fairly easy, nothing crazy. The help we needed to get through a couple minor challenges were handled by the right person in a timely manor. I would highly recommend to anyone that is interested in a metal building home or as some refer to as a barndominium to contact AmeriBuilt. Thanks so much( Don Carr)
