American Custom Contractors Team was flexible to work with and dedicated to completing the job to my satisfaction.

I first worked with Nick after a hail storm in August. He was very helpful and communicative with us and our insurance company which made things a much easier process! After all the details were nailed down we worked with Belter who oversaw all the work on replacing our roof, and other repairs needed. He was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout the process! The team did a great job and I am glad with went with American Custom Contractors, definitely recommend!

Had a great experience working with Damien Sautter. He was very thourough and supportive in getting my insurance company to review the damage and potentially contribute to the project.

Alex Giakoumatos is very attentive and professional. From the first day of inspecting our roof to the end of the project, he always keeps us posted of what to expect and explains everything very well to us. The whole roof replacement was done in one day and all the workers are great. I highly recommend him and American Custom Contractors to anyone who needs their roof replaced!

The gutters are great! Very good crew with Elder, they worked quickly and neatly, cleaned up nicely, and replaced the one screen torn by hail as well. All of the American Custom team members were great to work with. Yanni helped work with the insurance company and was always available to provide insight into the process and answer any questions. Aaron was very helpful and flexible while coordinating with the utility company. Beltor was very proactive in ensuring everything was set and ready for completion of the work. All team members were also very polite and respectful.

American Custom Contractors worked through our insurance to make the whole process smooth. Roofers and window specialists were quick and efficient finishing our roof and screens on time and cleaned up any mess.

The work Donald did in installing new downspouts around my home today was exceptional. He was so professional and patient with all of my questions. He is to be commended for outstanding customer service. My experience with James, Belter and Donald couldn’t have been better. Thank you all!

Hello! Let me start by saying Belter and his awesome crew have knocked our home repair out of the park! They were super fast, super nice, and super clean! I could not have asked for a better crew! A lot of this praise has to go to the Crew Chief Mr. Belter! He kept us so informed via text messages and phone calls. We knew where we stood every step of the way thanks to his awesome bi-lingual abilities with us and his crew! One important thing to note....and one of the most incredible acts of professionalism was when Belter and his crew pointed out my builder did not add a trim siding piece just below our main dormer windows and he told me he would make it right even though his crew did not cause the issue, but fixed it instead. Many neighbors in my immediate area decided to go with American Custom Contractors and came up to my home to ask if I was satisfied with Belter and his crew. I immediately reassured them that Belter & Crew are going to perform a perfect repair job and there is no need to worry about anything. In conclusion, I must add that Belter made it a point to walk me and my husband around our property to show everything was repaired perfectly and no debris / nails were left behind. they used blowers to get rid of all dust and debris and our Roof / Siding / Screens make our home look brand new! Belter actually blew us away by repairing the screen while they were still on the windows.....no need for coming inside! This was so awesome! I will always recommend Belter and his American Custom Contractor crew to anyone and everyone! Thank you Belter and your great crew for all that you did for our home! You are a gem!
