Overall, this was by far the worst experience we have had in Miami. I am only writing this to warn people of the terrible process / ordeal. It took 8 months to get our windows installed after being told it would be 3. And a year for our front door (we were told this would be ready before the windows) The communication was non existent and WE had to call to get updates. At one point, they lost our door. Once everything was installed, it was the worst installation. Lack of waterproofing, plaster not finished, never finished putting covers on. Photos attached. I am posting this so you are aware before committing to these folks

LIARS & THIEVES! BEWARE. I contracted directly with the president for new doors for my home and gave a 50% deposit. After many weeks of emails with no responses and phone calls with no response I finally get an email stating they cannot build the doors as outlined within the contract so I cancelled the contract and requested a full refund of my deposit. Again after many emails with no results I went to their office and met with the president who ultimately issue me a post dated check in the amount of my deposit. I deposited their check on the date he posted it for and it was returned by my bank 3 days later. I called and emailed the president, Mike Marinez, multiple times giving him the opportunity to make good on the check and all I get is dishonest and evasive responses. They left me no choice but to file formal complaints with the state attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau and to date this issue has not been resolved. UPDATE: This company is an absolute fraud, they have refused to replace my refund check they issued that BOUNCED forcing me to file a lawsuit against them.

Very Disappointed with the entire process. I would certainly NOT recommend this company at all. From the Sales man to the people in charge , the process has been a nightmare. Make sure to check on the company's credentials , ask questions , write them down and sense their energy and professionalism before making a decision.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t agree more with the negative reviews here. The owner as well as their staff , are completely garbage with NO urgency to resolve anything. We have been waiting over 7 months for an update and we still have not received any updates or responses regarding our project. We are currently working up a case against them and I will be posting updates regarding the case periodically as an alert to other possible victims. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PROMISES!

Signed and delivered 50% of my contract back in June 2024. During the signing period I gave okay to complete project with no permits. Weeks later someone came out to confirm measurements to whom I also stated I wanted to proceed with no permits. It wasn't until Late July that the request to my HOA was made which was subsequently approved. Since then I've been calling and calling with no status on when doors will be delivered. My sales person Juan Carlos Garcia gave a great pitch but the execution has been non-existent. I will update my review whenever I get product installed but for now it is a one star due to the length in time for installation for a sliding patio door with standard measurements. Unbelievable.

Truly horrendous company to work with. I paid almost $7k for new front doors. The man who installed admitted they were damaged during installation. I have photos and screenshots of text messages for proof. Additionally, my kitchen window was installed poorly and does not slide correctly on one side. Have contacted the company over and over and over. They continually say they are going to address the issue and then do not. I reported them to the BBB, they said they would address the issue again, but it has now been over two months and I have not heard from them again. Just reported to the BBB again. Do NOT work with this company.

Absolutely appalling!!! Disappointed and frustrated are not words good enough to describe our experience with this company AIWD. Their company president has acted in the most revengeful and retaliatory manner. We placed an order for a commercial entrance door back in Jan. 2024. Due to us having an internal restructuring, we asked for a hold on the project midway during AIWD’s fabrication stage. Mike Martinez- the president of AIWD, was furious that as a customer, we could ask AIWD to hold installation for 3 months. When we made payment and gave the go ahead to complete the project as promised, the crew made an incomplete installation, leaving our facility’s main entrance door without a closure and a defective finish. It has been 3 month since I have been calling and visiting the office for answers. It was made very clear that we have been sabotaged for asking AIWD to place a hold on the project for 3 months. Worst professional experience! I would not recommend.
