Very thankful.***** EDIT**** After the work was done tracked a leak, (not from them) from the sprinkler system that is turned off. It was turned on by accident. Called them back told them the issue. They sent a tech out and capped the leak as a courtesy. I WILL be a forever customer with American Plumbing. Thank you Aaron.

American was wonderful and Justin was fantastic. He was on time (which is kind of a miracle for a contractor in and of itself). He was thorough, explained everything and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I’ve used a lot of different vendors in my real estate career over 20 years and these guys were definitely the very best plumbers I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to the other 600+ agents whom I work with.

I called American Plumbing very early in the morning probably between 6:00 AM -7:00 AM. I needed them to figure out why we weren't getting hot water, they came out an hour or so later, explained what was going on and GABRIEL was SO helpful and SO KIND! He figured out what was wrong & had it all fixed within a few hours! I would certainly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

When our old water heater needed to be replaced, we did some research to find a local plumber to help with the replacement. Looking through different plumbers and a lot of reviews, we decided to go with American Plumbing… and we are so glad we did! We haven’t had the best experiences with Grays Harbor contractors, so we were very nervous to start with. When we made that first call, the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and patient with my questions. We were able to get it scheduled and get all of our questions answered. Aaron showed up on time and was a delight to work with. I appreciate that he went over the estimate with us in detail prior to any work being done to make sure we were all on the same page. When all was said and done, he did a great job installing the new water heater and was a pleasure to have in our home. We decided to join their peace of mind membership and found the handmade gifts to be a very kind and warm gesture. It really felt like their whole crew (even the office staff) cared about the client experience. We look forward to working with American Plumbing again in the future!

American Plumbing has been very responsive and works hard to finish the job in a timely matter, their workmanship has been stellar.

American came out for an emergency ruptured pipe under a manufactured home of a family member. The plumber, Austin, came out in the late afternoon on a Saturday and had everything fixed in under an hour. Great work, great service, and the rate was very reasonable (especially given the circumstances, + senior discount).
I'd definitely use them again.

Thank You so much Justin and Steven. The replacement Bosch water heater is excellent and I also appreciate the additional parts to maintain the longevity of the heater. The relief valves are really top of the line and reassuring for a great complete assembly.
