David Gage was excellent! He helped us through every stage of the process and managed our expectations perfectly. The roof install only took one day! The crew was very fast, professional and tidy. I never saw such hard working wholesome people in my life. I have only found a couple nails in my yard so far. I expected a ton more but was pleasantly surprised. Our experience with Ameripro from start to finish has been so easy. We had some hail damage on our roof and Daniel Wolf was so thorough and made sure we completely understood the process. He was exceptional at communication and helped make working with our home owners insurance easy. The roofing team did a fantastic job and we are very pleased. Austin is fantastic! My insurance refused to replace roof from hail and wind damage several times. I had almost given up. Thank God I didn't he came thru now getting new roof. Austin is wonderful to work with, quickly responded to my questions, helpful and knowledgeable.. Highly recommend.

Way over budget, outrageous pricing on anything not covered. Tore off sheathing without any approval, broke my electrical box. Back office work is extremely slow. Representative Chris was great, but the rest was a disaster.

Company was told what to do by the insurance company and is threating a vets home. Reason they did more than what they were told and are trying to say it was due to code, don’t trust them or give them your worst mistake made and will looking in having a lawsuit towards them soon, also I don’t know much but working on my roof till 1030pm when my spouse, kids and I are trying to sleep rude stating the job was done a day earlier than it was and then show documents with my supposed signature not realizing that people can obviously tell their own writing just a bunch of shady individuals
