I got my RT-PCR test here for travel back to the US. Booking the test was really easy as I could message them from my US Whatsapp number (so you don't need an Indian number). They were also quick to respond to my queries. The person came home to collect my samples right on time, and the results came back within 4 hours. I'd definitely recommend!

I had come down from the UK on 8th January. Took a RTPCR test at the airport which was negative. So I came home and quarantined at home for 7 days as per the rules. On the 8th day, at 9 am, I took an RTPCR test through Ammagen’s home visit. The result came that afternoon which was positive. I was doubtful about the test protocol so I went to Lister’s 24 hr walk in clinic on Jagannathan Road that evening at 6.30 pm and gave another sample for RTPCR. The technician was behind a partition and my nasal swab was taken through a small window. This result came the next day and was negative. Unfortunately Chennai Corporation was unable to delete the earlier Ammagen result and so I was required to quarantine for another 7 days. In my view, home testing for a sensitive test like RTPCR carries high chances of cross contamination and false positive results. I recommend going to a clinic for reliable and trustworthy results.

Sir, You may be asymptomatic like 1000's of people all over the world showing COVID positive for RT-PCR testing. we reported CT value of 29 , which means very low positive. Many labs report CT 30 as negative, ignoring ICMR rules, which says 35 CT and above as negative. Moreover many labs also pool many patient's samples in which it will be negative for low positives. We never do pooled samples, but every sample is run individually and so our results are accurate. Our collection staffs are frequently tested for COVID and so there is no contamination issues from them. Very sad without understanding these background, you have given a negative remark sir.

Well-done for the service and commitment.
I would like share my experience regarding RTPCR test. I called over the night to lab and asked that I have a international travel and need RTPCR report before afternoon.
They said confidently we will give report guarantee and asked me schedule appointment in online. I did and we gave the sample next day at 7:00 Am and got report by 11:30 Am exactly. It's good commitment and service and process.
