We called A Name Tech out recently to our office to fix our network. We run a small business in Greenwood - our office has five computers, a workstation printer, and a shared external hard drive. Our Firewall had failed and we were not able to access the internet from any of the computers, print, or use QuickBooks. Of course, this had to happen on a day we were running payroll for 500 employees! We were dead in the water! After struggling for the better part of the day, I called A Name Tech and spoke with Brandon for several minutes explaining to him the issues we were having. He called one of the techs, called me back right away and told me they could be there first thing the next day. They were! After a few minutes of explaining how the network was set up in our office, the tech got right to work and had us up in running in less than three hours. We can not say enough good things about Brandon and his team! Honest, professional, capable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The next time we need anything - we will be calling A Name Tech.
