Anderson Propane delivers fast and they do an excellent job. I called after lunch one day at work for an order, and it was delivered before I even made it home from work. I surely wasn't expecting that. Highly recommend!

Only propane company that does not offer payment plans. Seems like they care more about money then working with their customers on payments. When customers are hurting and can't pay the full amount they will threaten you and give you ultimatums. Will look into switching after this last threatening letter I got even after making payments.

Anderson Propane was very helpful and professional. I called in and the very next day they came out and set the tank. Josh the installer did a great job and explained everything. From start to finish I'm very impressed. Customer service at its finest.

Not reliable I called and ordered propane 2 days ago they should have been there already and filled my tank very unreliable

Years ago Anderson propane was great to work with , but like I said that was years ago. Today thats certainly not the case , with all the old and new fees ,things have went down hill fast.They almost have as many fees or more than Amerigas ,and thats quite an accomplishment!! Awhile back I scheduled a system leak check since I was losing gas , driver shows up ,starts filling up the tank, had no intention of doing a leak check even though that was the purpose of the service call. Thank goodness I was here to stop him ,after several minutes of heated discussion he finally stopped filling .Gonna be a $100 fee to check it he tells me, after checking the line which takes about 5 min. for $100 he says " Yep looks like you got a leak.. Finally put them this year and after they came to get their tank ,I call about being paid for the gas in the tank . Nope, got a pick up and pump fee, really dont know what a pump fee has to do with them picking up the tank. The lady on the phone could not give me a straight answer on how much the pickup fee was, she just said it varies .Makes a person wonder how many times the pickup fee has about the same dollar value of the gas that they should be reimbursing. If your shopping for a LP supplier ,I would never recommend this company , just keep shopping.

Young woman on the phone just advised me that they currently aren't taking any new customers even though my 103 year old great aunt lives 2 minutes down the road from a current customer. When are they taking new customer? "Don't know, maybe spring." She wasn't helpful at all and I would not recommend as service is nonexistent to this company.

Great company! Bought our underground tank from them. The guy that come to set it up was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Their prices seem to be the best in the area. Highly recommend!

They are bad people to deal with! Don't advise anyone to use their company!!! Service is very bad!!

I would not recommend this company. The new ownership is a joke even the driver said they are. They overfilled my tank 270 dollars in Feb. I paid half of that amount and still owed a balance of roughly 135 dollars. They came and put a lock out on the tank and then a few weeks later decided to show up and take the tank which still had 60 percent in it. I called and they would not budge said I had to pay 225 dollars to stop them from taking the tank. The extra amount was for them to come and lock out the tank. I explained that they overfilled the tank and that I didn't request the extra amount. The lady acted like I was making this up, told me she did not take the call and that she basically didn't believe me. I prepaid for a reason because I did not have it in my budget for the extra. I would give 0 stars if I could, I was only a customer for a little over a year and I have to say worst experience dealing with a propane supplier. So, I am a happy AmeriGas customer again.

They changed me for 5% in the tank when it was delivered and then when i return it with the same amount they won't refund that the chamount.Then charge a pick up fee to get their tank. I am very displeased with their company policies and would NOT recommend their services.

With our move ,we were very pleased with calling Anderson's to come out and set up a new tank.Very pleasant and No hassles getting the job done.They are very efficient coming out to fill and even come to check on their own without having to call.Thank you Anderson's for the GREAT service !
