Had my ears checked today due to some issues. Brilliant service and very friendly. Got some stubborn wax removed, to find a possible infection, and some other issues, and informed of a need for referral to ENT. Very thorough, would definitely recommend.

Professional, caring and very knowledgeable. Never expected to learn so much while getting my ears cleaned. Would recommend for everyone to get a session. I had an endoscopic microsuction ear wax removal first. After removing the wax the Audiologist found dead skin behind the wax blockage. He took some of it out but it just didnt budge. I had to use ear drops to soften this and come back for a second appointment. During my second appointment the specialist found something called a Keratosis Obturans, which he explained to me what it is and what this means for me. After a very long appointment, the Audiologist was extremely patient, this thing came out and I felt instant relief. I've booked myself in for a 6 monthly appointment as I don't want it getting this bad again.

Phoned on a Saturday morning with severe ear pains and wax build up and was able to be seen that day, have had to have a few appointments as it turned out I had a keratosis obturans which has taken a few appointments to remove which then in turn showed a polup in my ear. The service and advice I have recieved has been second to none, professional with the friendly touch make the experience feel alot better.
Would recommend Apex Hearing care to anyone and everyone.
