It was my first time using a steaming and deep cleaning service for my sofa, two baby car seats, and two carpets. The staff was informative and professional over WhatsApp, providing clear instructions on what to expect. Aaron arrived punctually and worked efficiently on all the items. I appreciated that he sent videos of the pouring out of dirty water in my toilet, as I was curious to see how much dirt had accumulated. I would highly recommend their services as their prices are competitive, and would definitely engage them again in the future!

Service was good - prompt responses, with clear instructions and was punctual. He came in, went straight to my Master Bedroom and got his act together and began to clean. Followed by the single mattress and my sofa. What I appreciated is how dedicated he is to his work. Actions speak louder than words. Not much of communication needed. Arrived: Hi there... Done: all completed, thank you. He would take a video of the dirty water that his equipment had absorbed, send to you before flushing down the toilet bowl. Hassle free payment as its by PayNow. Utilised welcome-back $99 promo and cleaned 1x super single, 1x king, 4pc full fabric dining chair. Served by 1x service staff. 5 stars for punctuality. They even came earlier than expected (but texted first to confirm). 5 stars for efficiency: Observed them spraying wet solution, then vac it up. The solutions don’t sit on your mattress though, and it gets sucked up pretty soon. They do spray all 4 visible surrounding sides (just not bottom) of each mattress as well. They do disclaimer very clearly in initial WhatsApp: this promo is primarily to remove dust mites, dust, etc, and not lift stains, which we agreed upon. Drying time with aircon was about 3 hours. Compared to other companies specialising in hot-steam clean, lift stains, vac dry etc, this falls short of the super squeaky-clean mark, BUT, for the price listed on their website $15/item > 4pc, the quoted price + cleaning scope is really reasonable, so based on this, I would recommend.

Didn't expect some of the stains on the mattress and office chair was able to remove. I tried Apex for the first time, after having tried other companies. Aaron was textually communicative, and Melvin who arrived for the task was polite and did a good job extracting the unknowns from my two mattresses and a sofa. I appreciate that they charge a flat price for 3 pieces of anything, much simpler that way compared to other companies who made things unnecessarily difficult for themselves and their customers.
