Had a leak from the water service line to my home running under my sidewalk . . . Apex got it fixed quickly, at a reasonable price. Outstanding customer service and responsiveness -- would recommend highly!

Denver used this company to replace my lead pipes in my rental property. They did a great job replacing the pipe, but they gave me the wrong date and left a huge hole in my yard. They then ghosted me and stop responding and the hole has been left there for 6 months, I ended up having to filling it myself.

We had water filling and overflowing our meter case at the edge of our yard. Water main leak.... costly! We called a few companies to get estimates, and Apex answered their phones instead of making us leave a message. And, they sent a tech quickly. By all appearances it was a leak on our side. Our tech, Rawel, was incredibly thorough and spent a good amount of time investigating during a FREE assessment callout. Rawel was perplexed by what he was seeing, but not due to a lack of knowledge, but because he was so knowledgeable and it just didn't seem like a main line leak to him. He suggested we call the city (again, as they were dismissive when we first called). The city finally sent a tech, and that tech discovered that they had installed a new meter (we were not informed) incorrectly. The city tech replaced the meter and the problem was solved. We were preparing for the worst (cost, inconvenience, landscape repair, etc.), and because Rawel was so thorough he saved us. We cannot thank Apex enough and highly HIGHLY recommend their services.

Needed my curb stop replaced, these guys did exceptional work and give you a fair price.

UPDATE: Apex Plumbing was contracted by the City of Denver for the Lead Reduction Program. The contractors came to my house on 8/18 to replace our main water line. When they left, we immediately noticed issues with our water heater and later that night, it died. We let them know about the issue and they have gone above and beyond to resolve it. Fransisco called me personally and assured me that it would be taken care of. As of 8/23, they have replaced our water heater with a brand new one. Accidents happen on massive city projects like these. I highly respect Apex Plumbing for doing the right thing to make it better. As far as the quality of the installation goes - they're pros. I recommend them.

Apex has been our "go-to" for years in Denver - always professional and reliable. Recently they have gone to an answering service that is equivalent to calling a pack of monkeys trying to talk on a phone. We're not calling back. Apex has taken a huge step backwards with this business component.

Gotta love their “response” we don’t have xxx in our system, “we don’t have a record of this person”. They say that to every one star review, what are the odds that they don’t have any of the one star reviewers in their “system”. Maybe they need a new system

City and County of Denver contracted this absolute incapable bunch for the Lead replacement program. We were told everything would be put back the way it was including the yard and anything else that needed to be torn up. Here we are 3 months later, several calls and have yet to get anything put back the way it was. They got sand and pea gravel in the new lines, almost ruined my entire plumbing system, water heater and clothes washer. When they came back and supposedly flushed the lines they broke my hot water heater and still haven't fixed it. I won't even start in on the unacceptable plumbing they replaced under my kitchen sink. Do NOT use this company!!!!!

I had a great experience working with Apex, the job was completed well and on time. The staff I worked with was very responsive and professional.

Apex did a great job with a pretty big job in our basement. We had a leaky pipe in our basement concrete floor that had to be dug out and then pipes replaced from inside all the way to 25 feet out front in our driveway. They made a big job feel totally manageable and left the place in good shape. Their pricing was also fair for the amount of work as we did get a number of other quotes. I would recommend them for sure.
