Nice facility. Dedicated therapist. Amazing staff. Would definitely send a loved one here. The ability to create an almost home atmosphere and level of community is hard to do with all the personalities that walk through the door. Ariel is amazing. Fred’s a gnarly guy and Kala make this place top notch. All the staff is amazing. Nursing crew is legit as well.

Very helpful and an amazing place for treatment. I would highly recommend if needing treatment.

My name is Johnna R. and I am giving this review to the wonderful staff, Dr's, nurses, RS"S, counselors, visitors that came to share their experience, strength, and hope, and to the amazing fellowship of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church who welcomed us like family, Pastor Maurice Hollingsworth and his beautiful wife Lorraine along with their fellowship of some of the most amazing people I have ever met, I am giving this review hoping it touches someone who is struggling, lost, or broken like I was. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, I was depressed, lonely, lost, angry, and I was broken! Broken to where I was ready to give up. Then I found Apex in Columbia, TN and I knew I was HOME! After two days being patient and as comfortable as I could be due to the wonderful Nurses who made sure that I was, I came out of my room and started working the wonderful program, listening to the wonderful advice that I was given, making friends that were going through the same things that I was, well miracles started happening. Miracles that I thought I would never be able to face SOBER! And here I am! My precious father was very sick and declining, I was getting ready for my first Sunday at church and they came to me and said that my family was on their way. They were so supportive and caring, I had only been there for 4 days realy dont remember the first two. They made sure I had everything that I needed. My dad passed a few days later, sober and holding his hand! With the support, phone calls, text messages from these wonderful people who hadn't even realy got to know me yet was what got me through one of the hardest times in my life. I returned to Apex the very next day because I knew thats where I needed to be. The staff was a little shocked at my coming back so soon and they then knew how serious I wanted help. i showed up, I asked questions, I took advice, paid attention, and I surrendered without even knowing it. Thats when the miracles started happening. I would like to thank my wonderful counselor DR. Chrissy, she was the best. I want to thank the entire staff and everyone who touched my life in this journey. I would realy like to say Thank you to Kala Sharp. I found a wonderful friendship with a complete stranger that i only got to spend 34 days with. A friendship that I never thought possible. There was not a day that went by during my leave that she did not call or text to check on me. I have been home for 5 days now, and that still has not changed. She is an amazing woman, mother, wife RS, and true friend that I was so blessed to have her come into my life at my lowest. I am here today because of Apex and I am killing it! Please if you are struggling, ashamed or too proud to reach out for help, please give them a call. It was the best and most important phone call that I have ever made.

Great people and fun experience. They really focus on helping you recover from anything in life from addiction to mental health and alcohol. I truly enjoyed my time with the group and i had none of these problems but it made me become a better person and im glad i did it. If you find yourself struggling with any problems they will help you get through them. I will always recommend Apex to anyone who needs help.

I can't say enough about Apex and how wonderful the people are there. They're not only professional, insightful, both modern and traditional in their approach to addiction treatment, and thorough in their treatment plans, but they're also kind and caring in a way that never makes you feel like just a patient. There are too many "rehabs" out there that prey on sufferers of addiction, but my experience with Apex couldn't have been further from that. From the moment I walked in the door I was met with nothing but love and respect. What they did for me was nothing short of life saving, but they also showed me that my life is worthy of celebrating, and that I have something to give back to the world. I highly recommend Apex to anyone struggling with addiction!

Apex admissions coordinators are efficient, professional, & knowledgeable. They are easily reached most any time to discuss treatment options with potential clients. I’ve had really good interactions with Branch, Chris, & Stephanie. Most impressed by the follow thru, even if they are unable to take a client in one of their centers they work diligently to help get clients into alternate facilities!!
