You must have a lot of time on your hands to prey upon and manipulate small businesses with excellent customer service, but we don't have that kind of time, because we're busy tending to our highly appreciative customers who understand quality service and aren't freeloaders. Unfortunately we had to waste alot of time and good energy dealing with this, over 3 phone calls, texts, and now responding to this.

It's quite surprising for you to call us 8 months after the fact and expect to get something for nothing. Samsung parts warranty is only 90 days. That's 5 months after the warranty period has expired and you unreasonably blame the new problem you're having with your Samsung on our service company, with no knowledge of the cause of the problem. You could remember intricate details of conversations you had 8 months ago with a technician, that is no longer with us, but couldn't remember how much you paid for the job when negotiating a refund.

Even if we were still working on Samsung and LG, you would have to pay for another service call, but since we don't work on LG or Samsung any longer, a simple solution would have been to call another company.

But you demanded either we come out for free to rediagnose or give you some kind of refund or you're going to leave a negative review. You were offered a partial refund and that wasn't good enough, so you decided trying to hurt a small Florida business was a better idea.

You chose our business because of glowing reviews and an opportunity to take advantage of the customer service if the need arose, but it didn't work out and the only thing you encountered was your own poor attitude, questionable character and freeloading ideas reflecting in your experience, and unfortunately we had to be a part of that.

I'm sure anyone who reads this review will make an informed choice to steer clear of any business dealings with a manipulator like yourself and ignore petty nonsense, and see clearly the rest of the rational and reasonable people who have left great reviews because of our amazing service.
