I came home to a bathroom leak that was leaking water through my kitchen ceiling, this was after 6pm on a Friday. I requested an emergency call out from APR Boilers and spoke to Adam. He was very friendly and talked me through how to cut the water supply over the phone. When he arrived he was able to quickly identify the cause, gave me advice on how to isolate the water to the leak and told me how I could fix it myself to keep the costs down, going so far as to give further advice over WhatsApp / the phone on Sunday. All in all I’m very happy with the quick response, friendly service and how Adam went above and beyond to help.

Adam is a lovely bloke who’s work on our boiler over the last 8 years has kept it in tip top condition with little or no extra costs despite being 15 years old now.

Adam and his colleague came over to install a new boiler for us. He was able to get the work done in a short space of time, to a high standard, and at an affordable price. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Adam did an excellent job. After a couple of months of frustration dealing with an insurance company’s mess with our heating system we called Adam and he sorted it in half an hour. No problems at all since then. He has also fitted a full system for us in a rental property – very satisfied with the whole process. Highly recommend APR Boilers for their knowledge, their thorough approach and friendliness.

Adam is extremely likeable and professional. Turned up on time and completely exceeded my expectations in cleaning out blocked pipes and resolving my hot water problems. Full descale all good to go now . Would highly recommend and I will certainly use again for my plumbing needs .
