Anthony and the guys did an amazing job replacing the four radiators we had and installing an additional two. The work was quick, clean, and precise. We went from the coldest apartment in the building to the hottest. Our whole apartment is now over 80 degrees in November. Thank you, Paul, Anthony, and the crew.

Did a Boiler inspection and tried to Overcharge for repairs they say were needed! Then tried to charge an additional fee for another inspection!! NOT HONEST I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

A mistake by a plumber from A Real Good Plumber caused significant water damage to ceilings and walls in my house. They were slow and reluctant to follow up and repair the damage caused by their mistake. Ultimately it took 5 months of nagging them in order for them to follow up and complete the work. It was a really bad experience overall.

Looking to revise this to 5 stars later this year when I use them again or finish the current job. Overall no complaints. Paul S. is prompt with replies. Not a huge operation, but I cherrish the interaction a lot. Paul C. is very honest with providing expert assessment on proposed work for the next job, so I am confident they will work for their customers well. This is in Brooklyn, so hopefully more consistent than those reviews from Manhattan.

Called them on Friday and they came first thing Monday to repair a Leaky pipe at Steam Radiator connection. Owner and scheduler were always in good communication! As a home owner its great to deal with a tech that responds quickly and shows up when he says. Eldi did a good job in just a few hours. Thanks! Will give them a call next time!

They came to our apartment in downtown Manhattan at the height of COVID when our boiler stopped working and they did an excellent job fixing it. They wore face-masks and booties on their shoes the entire time and were courteous and professional. The work required cleaning the boiler, installing a fair amount of new piping, and ordering and installing a new part, all of which they handled quickly and efficiently. They communicated with us throughout the process and gave us the prices of everything they needed to do before they did the work. They got our hot water running again at a time when not having hot water was a serious problem for our family of 5. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them.

When the repair turned out to be more complicated and required more hands and parts he also gave me an estimate on the length of time it would take. James and Greg came over today to diagnose a leak that is in my apt. They were thorough and explained each step of their discoveries. Unfortunately, the leak seems to originate in the unit above me, so they couldn't complete the job, and need to depend on my upstairs neighbor's availability. They seem to know what they are doing, so hopefully, my leak will stop.
