Worst experience. If u get admitted they charge too much and found many fake things in the bill. Wouldn't recommend anyone here. All doctors depend on only one head doctor and no proper information is given to patients

Worst hospital, Dr. Saraswathi is very rude lady, since they own the hospital they make every patient to get admitted. they don’t tell anything to the patients and simply loot money. If they know u hav money they Wil charge how much ever they want. Found many fake fees in the bill. Worst experience.

Not recommended, doctors are not professional, better to seek expert guidance elsewhere

We had to rush our father to the hospital in the midnight due to emergency, the treatment was given as soon as we reach the hospital and the doctors were excellent. The ICU care and the nursing care was very good as well. We almost had him admitted for 6 days. It was a very good environment for the patient. I would say it is one of the best multi speciality hospitals in jpnagar.

Its unbelievable that one can have such an excellent experience in a Hospital, I can’t even point out a single drawback during our stay in the hospital. My father was admitted for a kidney surgery and I cant believe everything went so smoothly. I can say confidently surgeon Dr.Ramesh is one of the best if not the Best in the country and he took care of every minute details and made sure everything is fine. Along with Dr. Tulip and Dr.Manohar. About the hospital and facilities ,it’s the best you can get in Bangalore, Rooms are clean and spotless, Rooms are airconditioned and beds are motorized everything works flawlessly including guest Wify, believe me you can watch movies in HD ,All the staffs are very friendly and helping, there is always someone to attend you and help you during the stay. Very good pharmacy and we never had to go out for any medicine. I thank them for taking care of my father so well.

Dr. Smrithi Bhagiratha is one of the most courteous child specialist to come across. She takes lot of effort to do complete assessment of the kids. She makes sure every observation goes into the report she prepares, this will really help everyone to get a good glance at history of the kids. Arka is the only place which didn't hurry up to collect the consultation fees as soon as you register for appointment.. Fee is charged upon consultation with doctor.

I recently had a consultation at Arka Hospital with Dr. Gaurang, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and service I received. The facilities were top-notch, and the medical staff were both professional and compassionate. A special mention goes to Tanushree from the administration team. Her exceptional management and coordination skills made the entire process seamless. From scheduling appointments to handling paperwork, Tanushree ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Her friendly and approachable demeanor also helped ease any anxieties I had. Thank you, Arka Hospital, Dr. Gaurang, and especially Tanushree, for making my visit as stress-free as possible. Your dedication to patient care is truly commendable.

I had a very bad neck pain when i visited arka anugraha hospital they treated me really well especially physiotherapy department by Dr.rajasree and team my pain got reduced and I'm completely fine now Thanks for giving great service,love and affection during my sessions

I have undergone Hernia and Hysterectomy both surgeries at a time in last week of May, 2024 Dr Ramesh and Dr Saraswati both are true experts in their field. They patiently explained the procedure, answered all my questions thoroughly, and put my anxieties at ease. Heartfelt thanks to both of them. The entire staff at the hospital are very friendly. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and always available to address any concerns. Recovery process was smooth thanks to their expertise. The hospital itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the food was very good!

Revising my earlier review with update and one more star. This is my experience with this hospital and doctor. Others may have had a different experience. I'm sure Arka is a very good hospital. It comes highly recommended and it's alternative treatment options highly sought after. Unfortunately the experience is totally ruined by disinterested admin/appt staff with low/poor/mis-information. * Terrible experience with junior staff of Dr. Gaurang (name Monisha) who schedules appointments. Gave me three appointments (one each for three weeks) and cancelled each at last minute putting ailing patient at risk and making them travel from outside Bangalore each week. WHY DO YOU GIVE APPOINTMENTS WHEN YOU KNOW DOCTOR IS TRAVELLING & NOT AVAILABLE? * Very inefficient and unproductive - took 19+ calls and innumerable WhatsApp and Emails but still not seen Dr. Gaurang yet. * Insistence on Skype for virtual appointment (which didn't happen anyway) and didn't give the option of easy WhatsApp video call when requested - necessitating patient to travel for appointment. * CHAOS & DANGEROUS MISINFORMATION: At one point they told me appointment will be kept and the doctor's PA will take the appointment and assess what next steps are. Shocked. UPDATE: I was informed that not PA but it's an Ayush doctor with a degree in Naturopathy (after many questions from me). Still info misrepresented that this is a medical Doctor. BTW she was so angry that a patient had //dared// to ask about her qualifications and was even more angry at my refusal to address her as 'doctor'. Irony #1: I have the greatest respect for alternative medicines especially naturopathy over other alternative streams. Irony #2: Got to know I was given wrong information to meet Dr. Gaurang when I was actually supposed to meet a different doctor!! Monisha did not know that the other doctor even exists but was happy to instead tell/misinform me only Dr. Gaurang is there for this purpose and I have no option but tofirst meet him and then get referred/connected to any other doctor! Atleast finally Tanushree was able to set up an appointment with the correct doctor and clarified all other misinformation.
