This review is months overdue—I only recently found out the name of the company my landlord hired to fix my washing machine, as I didn’t hire them myself. The technician said the washing machine needed a part that could take weeks to get and, while I wasn’t home, left my dryer in the middle of my small living room instead of putting it back in place. This made my space completely unusable. After I complained to my landlord, the part was somehow miraculously found in two days. When the technician returned, he was sarcastic and unprofessional about me moving the dryer instead of apologizing for the mess or inconvenience. Even if my landlord told him to leave things as they were, a professional should respect the homes they work in. He could have easily put everything back in place, even temporarily. I’m guessing my landlord is a relative or close friend, which might explain his lack of care, but that doesn’t make it right. This felt more like cost-cutting than good service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism and expects to be treated with respect in their home.

We were fortunate to have found such a skilled, knowledgeable and experienced appliance technician as Evgeny (Arnie). He was referred by members in my community FB group, where he was consistently characterized as dependable and transparent when discussing the costs related to parts and his labour. Evgeny has repaired our stove and washing machine, and recently installed a new dishwasher. None of these were from the same manufacturer, illustrating his broad knowledge and versatility. Evgeny is an outgoing, friendly gentleman who is both proud of his profession and caring towards his customers. He is highly recommended.

Very impressed. Evgehy Came to fix our 14 year-old dryer. One of the wheels on the pulley system had gone - squeaking up a storm. He let us know when he was going to be there and even called when he was a few minutes away. He came in and explained everything to us and outline the price, and even vacuumed the entire dryer as a service call. Very hard to find somebody honest in this line of business these days. I will absolutely use him for any future appliance repairs.

Washing machine stopped working and a YouTube “quick fix” didn’t work to resolve the displayed error code. Technician from ARNI Services came by to have a look and efficiently dealt with the problem. Turns out that wires to the control board were disconnected. Could easily have suggested complete replacement of the pump/control board and I would not have any knowledge to dispute this. Very grateful for the honest, conscientious assessment and repair. Becoming very rare to find repair techs with integrity and who you can trust. You will not go wrong with ARNI Services. They are my go-to for appliance problems now.
